Perfect for an extended stay

We had 6 days. The flat had everything we needed. A welcoming small grocery shop just along the road and places to eat. We walked into the main part of Verona took us around 25 mins but I am nearly 70 so.. Surrounding area was decent and the host was exactly what you need. speaks to you before you arrive. meets you at the flat and explains everything you need to know.. was able to contact him any time I wanted (didn't need to) Plenty of water and goodies in the fridge.

Nice apartment in a great location with helpful host. Verona is beautiful...

Very nice and cosy apartment in a great location, some 30-40min walk to the city centre. Apartment is located on the 5th floor with a lift. Nice view of the city. Apartment clean and fully equipped with all you need for a 4 member family stay. Adam very helpful and online for communication.

The additional door lock from indoor side needs the check. It happened that we were turning the lock but it had not opened. Finally we managed it but it worths checking.

The only negative comment was that it was advertised on booking.com as having a washing machine. there was no washing machine.

it’s exceptionally clean. very well organised. Adam is very helpful and understanding. our arriving train was delayed and we got in late but he handled it quite patiently.

Nice apartment and great location.

The apartment is located outside the city centre, but it is very easy and quick to get to the centre and the parking lot near the Verona Arena. The apartment is equipped with all necessities, a complete kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom. Adam is always available on Whats app if you need him. The building is easy accessible by car and there is always has free parking around it.

Maybe the soundproofing of the apartment is a bit of a weak point if you are a light sleeper, but it is not something that the owner can influence and it is not such a crucial problem.

Pleasant and spacious feeling apartment.

The apartment was nice, neat & clean. There was a kitchenette with coffee & tea provided as well as some breakfast items. It was spacious with a pleasant feel. The owner was nice & accommodating.

There could have been a microwave provided to ease heating up food. A little more shelving or drawer space is needed. Especially if there are more than 2 persons. Could also have used a shelf or bench space at the basin in the bathroom.

Very friendly and helpful host who makes you feel welcome :D Clean, modern and well-equipped apartment (fruits - wow!) Excellent location close to train station and walking distance to Verona old town. We can recommend to everybody!

Exceptional

Clean apartment with everything one may need including even basic groceries and a couple of beers. Host (Adam) was great, very flexible and kind. Location was very good with downtown in walking distance. I'll stay again when I go to Verona.
