Filipo de huisbaas was superaardig, vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Hij was goed bereikbaar en was ook coulant. We moesten om 10:00 uitchecken, maar we mochten blijven tot 13:00 omdat onze vlucht pas later zou vertrekken. Woning was schoon en zeer praktisch.
Alles was perfect, maar als ik toch iets zou moeten noemen. Maybe dan keukendoekjes.

Впечатление хорошее от апартаментов. Чисто. Есть посудомоечная машина, но лучше бы поставили стиральную. Машину парковали недалеко бесплатно или находили место рядом. Приборы и посуда в наличии. Большой холодильник. Очень хороший новый кондиционер.
Очень много манипуляций с заселением и регистрацией. Сами регистрируетесь, чтобы оплатить налог. И это напрягает немного. Мы справились.

... denn die Stange im Kleiderschrank hängt in ca. 2,40 m Höhe! Sonst echt gemütlich, fast alles vorhanden, fast ... (siehe unten!), Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer funktioniert. Aufforderungen zum Träumen an den Wänden. Günstig ist die Nähe zur Bushaltestelle, in 5 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof, in 10 Minuten im Zentrum.
Es gibt kein Geschirrtuch, keine Spülmaschinentabs, keine Seife, kein Duschgel, die 2 Kaffeekapseln passen nicht in die Kaffeemaschine. Der Check-In ist eine Katastrophe, ohne Angabe einer Firma und einem Selfie mit Reisepass oder Ausweis im Mund kommt man nicht weiter! Mein Tipp: Weniger träumen, dafür ein bisschen in die Grundausstattung investieren und den Check-In vereinfachen.
