About this apartment rental

Very bright apartment-attic, eleventh and last floor, recently renovated in Verona city. Of large size, the apartment consists of a large living area with a living room overlooking the city, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe area, 2 completely new bathrooms and windows ( a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with laundry area). Complete the apartment a terrace that runs along the entire perimeter of the house and a carport.

This large, fully modern, and beautiful penthouse apartment is very comfortable and homey. Accurately pictured! Managed by the most wonderful couple, Barbara and Marco. This was Barbara's childhood home, & her love of the property is evident in the planning & design of its recent remodeling. A full kitchen, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, three large bedrooms, clothes washer, quiet & efficient air conditioning, & stunning views make it a very comfortable, quiet home-base for exploring all that Verona has to offer. [Note- There is only one shower, but a bidet in each bathroom. (in case that's an issue for you)]Verona has so much to offer--so much history, culture, beauty, gastronomy & gardens! The apartment is close to multiple markets, a block from the city bus stop (which is super easy and comfortable), a major train station, and an international airport. We stayed a month and split our time between Verona and numerous train trips to visit smaller towns in all four compass directions. We liked the home being outside of downtown but an easy walk to the San Zeno area (20 minute walk) and from there to the rest of Verona. Some days, we caught the bus to the far side of town, and then worked our way home picking up coffees, and lunch over the course of the day. For day-trips on the train (no luggage), we just walked to the train station. Again, we found our favorite coffee spots in the morning before the train, and our favorite cocktails spots on the way home. Just do it!

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out. The place was clean and well enough stocked to cook in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was fantastic. After some long days on our feet, it was great to open some wine, relax, and soak in the sunsets. This apartment is not in the thick of downtown Verona which we enjoyed. We took the buses into town with ease. Several grocery stores were within 15 min walk so we were able to keep our breakfast foods and snacks stocked up. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Ciao!

This apartment is everything it says it is and more. We were able to cook a meal without missing a pot, pan or utensil. The view is amazing. The neighborhood is very cute with a supermarket right on the corner. It’s an easy taxi ride to places and can walk around for meals in the neighborhood. We loved this place and location!

Very happy and grateful for the care taken by Barbara, the owner. The apartment was spoless, well appointed and filled with snacks for us upon arrival. We had a small issue with the water heater and she was immediately at our disposal to rectify! Barbara is a very kind, conscientious and professional host.

Everything from beginning to end was amazing. Babi makes you feel welcome like she is receiving her own family. All the extra little things and care she takes like a fresh fruit basket and drinks in the fridge and pastries for your breakfast. She contacted us upon arrival to ensure that all is going well and to see if you are happy. Her communication book is great and her travel itinerary suggestions are available for you. Babi is an excellent example of what a Really great Host is and should be. I would love to have her come stay with me too. Nothing but praise for our marvelous Verona vacation. If you have a chance to book here just do it. The wrap around balconies with fabulous view for morning coffee and late night pictures is worth it alone. Better than most hotels and super accommodating to us. Thanks again and I loved meeting with you your a super elegant wonderful woman. Keep well and hope to see you again real soon. A perfect summer stay

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Barbara came to greet us and show us around on the first night and provided fruit and snacks that were very much appreciated. She was kind and quick to answer any questions by text afterward. The wrap around balcony offers beautiful views including lovely sunsets and mountains in the distance. The location is a long walking or a short driving distance to the main Verona attractions, and is close to the train and the highway. We enjoyed the many delights of Verona, explored a few towns on Lake Garda, went to a wedding at a Palazzo near Brescia, and took a comfortable train ride to Venice. My 82 year old mom says it was her best trip ever! We would love to come back someday!

This clean, modern, bright, and spacious apartment was perfect for our family of five. It was so comfortable, and Barbara went the extra mile to add those special touches! Foam pillows, comfortable beds, air conditioning, extra towels, detergent, soap, shampoo, body cream, coffee, snacks, juice, and fresh fruit were some of the extras Barbara provided. Being up on the 11th floor with a terrace wrapping around part of the apartment gives you an excellent view of the city and mountains beyond! This place Is only a 10 minute drive to the main train station. You can take a train to Venice or Milan from here. We also took a day trip to Lake Garda and Sirmione. 2 large grocery stores are less than 5 min away by car. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend!! Thank you!

Barbara was a fantastic host and the apartment was beautiful! She was available throughout our vIsit and she left goodies for our arrival. We are a family of 5 adults and the apartment was so spacious and very comfortable. It was great coming back from a long day and relaxing out on the terrace. I would highly recommend this home to everyone looking for a place to stay in Verona.

Perfect for a trip to the Verona Fiera

We stayed here for a trade show at the Fiera. They had a shuttle to the Stadium where there is a large parking lot. It is just a five minute walk to the apartment. The apartment itself was immaculate and well supplied with necessities. Barbara, our host, was easily accessible and a great communicator. The delightful old city is accessible by bus or taxi (€12), but there are places to eat nearby too. I highly recommend Barbara’s place

i'd like to put more than five stars on you because from the start when we made the Barbara Reservation he was in contact at all times. your spectacular super clean house ordered better than a hotel!! We enjoyed it from the beginning to the end. The view from the wonderful balconies. Super efficient taxi service and 10 minutes from the centre of Verona, super markets a small one on the corner of the building and 5 minutes walking the largest. Simply spectacular thank you Barbara and we hope to return soon and recommend it to our Family and Friends!!

This apartment is beautifully decorated and maintained with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The two toilets were so useful and the kitchen had every utensil we needed. Just a over a mile on the bus takes you into Verona centre. If you love history there’s loads to see. Lake Garda is an our away by bus or 20 minutes on the train. The area seemed very safe and the views from the large wrap-around balcony are amazing. Lots of buses if you are not coming by car.

Barbara has thoughtfully appointed this high quality apartment with every aspect carefully considered and catered for. Luxury bedding, towels, great chefs kitchen, well equipped with all equipment. Well appointed laundry and great drying on the balcony. Shopping locally across to the corner grocer, great local bars and coffee shops. Easy access in and out of Verona via car with some great advice from Barbara. Barbara was so welcoming and cared for our every need. The apartment had local guides and info of Verona in all languages. Thank you Barbara, we really had a wonderful time. Until we meet again.

Yes, this condo is HUGE and so well equipped. Everything is top drawer and new. But the big bonus was Barbara, who helped us with every question we had and accommodated our every need. Keep in mind, this wonder is not in the historic area so plan on driving to things, but it is very quiet, and convenient to the highways, so getting around is a snap. 5 stars, all the way - thank you Barbara!

Wir waren im August 2021 in Verona und habe diese wundervolle Ferienwohnung gebucht und waren begeistert. Wir wurden von Barbara herzlichst empfangen und Barbara half uns sofort bei allen Fragen rundum Verona bzgl. Busverbindungen, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw.. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt im Urlaub benötigt und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Abends haben wir immer den herrlichen Ausblick über Verona von der Dachterrasse genossen. Die Ferienwohnung kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank Barbara, für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Barbara hat uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen war sofort da - auch als wir eher angereist waren als vorher abgesprochen. Sie hat uns sehr nett alles erklärt und die Umgebung vorgestellt. Die Wohnung und deren Ausstattung ist wirklich super und in tadellosem Zustand. Zentrum von Verona sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar - Bushaltestelle war ebenso gleich in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Liebe Barbara, es war so schön in eurer Wohnung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und mit den kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, hat allen Komfort, liegt in kurzer Distanz zur Bushaltestelle. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

What a delightful penthouse! Totally renovated, very modern, comfortable beds, great views over the city. Easy access to downtown, free parking beside the building.
