Clean, spacious and modern. The property had all the ammenities. 7-10 mins walk from main area so quiet at nighttime. Host was wonderful and runs a store downstairs if you need anything.

Stunning city with so many restaurants to enjoy along with the Opera and Ballet!

Location is great to Piazza Bra, the Arena, and dozens of restaurants. Within walking distance to a grocery store, a wine shop and a department store. The elevator was a plus too.

Simply fantastic; 10 out of 10

Fantastic host, everything we needed was in the apartment including some bottles of cold water in the fridge and some snacks. Francesco and his mother keep the place spotless (I mean immaculate), could not fault the cleanliness. Just a short walk to the centre of town so another plus there. Met the owner the second day and got some great recommendations for food and coffee. We will certainly be back to Verona and this is where we will stay! Ten out of 10

The apartment is in a perfect location for Verona city centre. The host, Francesco was very friendly, helpful and flexible. He was happy to arrange a slightly earlier check in for us. The apartment is modern, spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean. The shower is fabulous. We found both the bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living area very comfortable. Loads of wardrobe space. The lift was also a welcome surprise as we’d expected to have to carry our cases upstairs.

Not enough mirrors near sockets for hair dryers etc. Francesco said he would address this. More information before arrival about how to check in would have been helpful. On arrival you need to find Francesco in the shop below the apartment.

Very well equipped apartment in an excellent location, with a super friendly host. We loved it!

Our host Francesco had a shop located beneath the apartment, so he was on hand to assist if needed. He was very helpful with advice for facilities in the vicinity of the apartment, such as the local supermarket (just around the corner, a few minutes walk) and he also booked us a return taxi for the airport. The location of the apartment is perfect, midway between the train station and the Arena area; just 10 minutes walk to each. The apartment is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet and has a great variety of excellent restaurants on the same street as the apartment.

A wonderful stay in a lovely area and spoiled by the owner kindness.

The accommodation is very spacious, luminous and clean, with all the comforts one might need during a holiday. The area is very quiet and a short walk to the main sightseeings. The kitchen well equipped and Francesco is super kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and we’ll come back for sure!

Superfriendly host, very clean apartment. All necessary amenities were present. Apartment has a convenient location nearby a few good restaurants and citycenter, and a 10min walk to train station. It was an amazing stay in beautiful Verona.

Great location - great apartment - friendly host

Great location and apartment. The host was very friendly and gave us good Information and advices. Very well equipped apartment and only 10 minutes to walk to the train stadion and 10 minutes to the Verona arena😊

We did not have hot water in the shower the afternoon Day 2. When we told the host later that Day he did fix it imidiately. So later that night it was back. The bedroom for our two children could have been a bit bigger.

Apartment was really great, Owner come to shoe all details and also give good tips where to go and where is good restaurants. Flat was super clean and there was chips / drinks and basic breakfast items, fantastic. Also bathroom was items to use. Location great only 10 minutes walk to old town. Quiet street. round the corner can say that it was best ice cream "factory" ever. Every night have to pick up ice cream. 2 televisions, also there was Wi-Fi but sometimes did not work properly, well we have it own mobiles so that was not problem. 2 balconies, really good beds. Everything fantastic, probably best flat were we have been out trips in Italy (2-3 times per year).

Only thing what we did not like was that trip was too short to this place.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful city. This apartment is a hidden gem ideal for business or pleasure.

The apartment is ideally located to access the old city and is beautify appointed and spotlessly clean. The host Francesco was so helpful and gave me a lot of useful information especially regarding the city and the best places to visit and eat. I took his advice and had such a wonderful meal. I would highly recommend staying here and I plan to come back with my family the first chance I get.
