A lovely and very spacious apartment, excellent service, an outstanding experience.

The apartment was lovely and beautifully designed, in an excellent location! The service from the host was excellent. It had everything we needed, and the atmosphere was great. There’s an elevator to the apartment, which made things much easier for us, especially since we arrived with family and lots of luggage. The bathrooms were spacious and pleasant. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. It was simply perfect.

It's amazing! I would definitely recommend it.

The apartment is super peaceful and really big! The beds were super comfortable and you feel just like home. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from the city centre, but it's not loud or busy where the apartment is located. We were more than happy with our stay, as the owner is also very helpful with everything!

I am a landlady and did not the same level of care I give my guests

Its location

There was a wall in one of the bedrooms which was wet and a leak from the ceiling that looked as if the. Ceiling would collapse!! No back up from the owner who appeared to be complaisant when I brought the subject up. I was asked to pay 10 euro for extra sheets for the second bed when the property was let by you as a whole. I was not given the entry code until the actual day in the afternoon which made me feel very nervous. The apartment was very cold. There was only one saucepan with no handle! And no tin opener. I expected the opener to at least pop around whilst I was staying there as she lives close by so that she could address these issues as the bedroom was so cold, damp and smelt.

1000 % would recommend

The location is perfect, a short walk to the station should you wish to take the train for daytrips or take the airlink bus to and from the airport. A short walk to the heart of the city centre and an abundance of choice in both restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and was nice to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. Communication with the host was very smooth via WhatsApp, very friendly and accommodating.

It didn't bother us or impact our stay negatively at all, but the apartment is noisy, so if that is something you are sensitive to, do be aware.

Four nights in Verona

I love a kitchen table so the layout of this apartment was great, big kitchen/dining with big table to sit around, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was quiet at night as it was not on the street, it looks onto other buildings. It would be great for two couples or a family. 15 minutes walk to the heart of the old town of Verona. Valeria the host was attentive and kind.

There were a few things that could improve, like the leaky shower hoses, the electric jug cord unable to be used and the missing ironing board. Some routine maintenance things that I am sure will be addressed by the owner. It was still a pleasant stay.

Very smooth checking good communication elevator was handy coffee shop downstairs plenty of shops near by walking distance to main sights 20 min to thermal park kids loved it same to garda lake . The appartement was perfect clean had enough towels and feels like home

Great value for space and location

Great location about 15 minute walk from the train station, and 7 minute walk to many tourists attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Big kitchen and living room.

Very beautiful apartment, well equipped. It was very clean. Very nice from the owner that some food was available. Check-in and -out was very easy and flexible. Good location. Free parking zone is close, we could park in front of the building and it was not expensive at all.

Verona's home away from home

Valeria was so kind and helpful. Everything was so easy. The place is cosy, quiet, well furnished, clean and spacious. It was like a home away from home. We travelled with two big children and we could all have our space and privacy. Verona can easily be reached by foot or by car. Public parking free of charge just around the corner. We will most definitely recommend it further and come back again.

New and fresh apartments with lovely design. Sparkly clean, new and fresh towels and bed sets. We had everything for pleasant staying, even muffins, jam, tea, coffee for breakfast. Location is perfect, near to center and train station - 10 minutes walk. Easy and independentant self check - in and check out.

Sympathische Boutique Residenz

Hervorragende Lage in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof sowie zum historischen Zentrum von Verona. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin Valeria ist gut per WhatsApp erreichbar und reagiert rasch auf Anfragen.

Der Wasserschaden im kleineren der beiden Schlafzimmer ist dringend zu beheben. Er ist nicht schön anzusehen und die Wand ist noch etwas feucht. Dieser Zustand wirkt sich sehr ungünstig auf das Raumklima aus.

Tolles Apartment mit Verona !

Wunderschönes und großzügiges Appartement in Verona. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Tolle Klimaanlagen, vollausgestattete Küche. Alles sehr sauber ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️! Sehr ruhige aber zentrale Lage etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung hat auch einen kleinen Balkon im Schatten des Innenhofes. Ausreichend Parklätze ( € 1,— /Stunde) vor dem Haus. Ein Bäcker, ein kleines Café und ein kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Äußerst freundliche Vermieterin, völlig unkomplizierter Self-Check-in. In der Wohnung lagen sogar vier Sitzpolster für die Steinstufenplätze der Arena bereit 😃!! Buchen wir bestimmt wieder 👍!
