An old Palazzo with a rich history in exceptional location

The Palazzo and Location are exceptional. The rooms are fitted into the style very nicely, while still remaining the character of the Palazzo. The breakfast is not big but all you need in the morning. No food or entertainment in the evening, you have to go out. Luckily there are good food and drink places within 15min walking distance.

Lovely place for a short break, needs a little more luxury for those who want to stay during the day

The property was beautiful, the room spacious, comfortable and had great AC (when it was 40c outside). The breakfast was all we needed and the charcouterie boards delicious. Plenty of space to park and in beautiful surroundings. The team at the hotel were great, friendly, chatty and knowledgable.

The property was a little out of the way and at the top of a steep single track road which was very scary. The staff did provide an alternate route back down the road (pretty much the other direction). If you didn't have a car I'm not sure what you would do for food in the evening as there isnt a local taxi service.. A suggestion may be the staff provide an evening meal (just a picnic or packed meal upon request?) Once the staff have left at 1800 your pretty much on your own. So a stocked mini bar or an honesty bar would have been handy? Perhaps a bottle of their delicious wine too?? There isnt any real place to relax during the day if you dont want to go out or dont have a vehicle. Again perhaps some more comfortable seating could be made avaialable??

Everything was extraordinary!The owners who renovated this place against all odds have created one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited in Italy. Wine tasting with guided tour was one of a kind experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the region.

It’s such a beautiful property, in a great location. Picture perfect views, and so many fantastic places to visit nearby. The apartments were really clean, and really nicely decorated. The family are all extremely friendly and approachable too. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely return in the future.

Beautiful place in the middle of the Valpolicella vineyards

Such a beautiful place to stay! Really quiet and relaxing, and the views are amazing. The family running the place were absolutely lovely and gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit. We also did the tour of the vineyard and wine tasting which was amazing, such good wine and very interesting history of the place. Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful villa, delicious wine, quiet and relaxing stay.

This property was exactly what we were looking for in our time in northern Italy. With its beautiful landscape and its quiet ambience, the property was a hugely relaxing part of our long European trip. Upon arrival Giulia and Susanna made us feel welcome and at home. The tour of the winery and it’s estate was packed with historic facts about the property and area and the wine tasting was amazing. Susanna really took her time to ensure we were absorbing all the beautiful visual landscape as well as all the detail about its history and artworks and frescoes. This stay is highly recommended for anyone wanting a quiet winery and villa stay. The local towns and it’s close proximity to Verona and Lake Garda make it possible for easy day trips in a car to really enjoy your time in northern Italy.

We loved the place! Apartment is nicely decorated and very clean, bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. We got a nice basket for breakfast, to enjoy on the patio with amazing view on the hills. The hosts are very willing to give a tour around surrounding vineyards and pallazzo, tell the story of the place and provide you with recommendations about local restaurants or places to visit. We did it with a glass of Amarone (produced at site). Would love to come back there!

Vi stannade här för en en natt under vår bröllopsresa, helt underbart ställe. Super betjäning, privat rundvandring som avslutades med vintasteing. Unika rum, snyggt och fräscht. Rekommenderar varmt.

Skulle ha varit trevligt om det skulle finnas tex. ett kylskåp där man kunde handla snacks/kvällsbit till rummet efter kl 18.

struttura di nuovo restauro, storica , ricca di affreschi, bellissima, contesto verdeggiante collinare, vista meravigliosa sui vigneti a 10 minuti dalle terme aquardens, accoglienza impeccabile, ci hanno fatto trovare direttamente in camera su richiesta due calici di valpollicella con tagliere misto, una coccola di coppia semplicemente top. bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio ci hanno rilassato fino a cena , fatta giu in paese (volendo a piedi) dalla trattoria fasolini semplice ma gustosissima. il risveglio alla mattina, ennesima coccola di giulia la proprietaria che ci ha fatto trovare due cornetti fuori dalla stanza . che dire , semplicemente top!
