Lovely vineyard stay with generous brunch box.

Very well cared for and clean family run property. The setting in the vineyard is lovely and our room was spacious. Unique and generous brunch box daily catering to your needs, always plenty to make lunch sandwiches as well. We appreciated the welcome wine, fresh orange juice and cappuccinos. Accessible to groceries, restaurants and Lake Garda sights. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. We would recommend!

Charming, nice and quiet.

Very beautiful location and great with 2 pools. Beds are a bit hard but rooms are excellent and made to stay for several days. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely consider visiting again.

The perfect place to relax and start your adventure

The property is situated in a picturesque location, just seven minutes from Garda. The building is surrounded by a vineyard and is well-equipped with two swimming pools, relaxation areas, two barbecues, and areas where you can relax in the shade. The property offers everything you need. Our room was prepared ahead of time for our arrival, clean and stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the breakfasts served in a picnic style (no one went hungry). We will definitely be back next year.

Pleasant Escape near Lake Garda

Always plenty of food provided for breakfast, local produce was nice. Owners attenuative and communicated well via whatsapp. Location was as expected, close enough to travel around via car. Good sized apartment and had all facilities we needed.

The bed was two singles together, would have expected a full king bed for the price, could have been comfier.

overall good, but brunch box very disappointing

It was a nice quite area, with wineries and great landscapes.

Brunch box was very disappointing. Property is selling it as a unique experience where you get variety of ingredients that you can take and enjoy like a picnic. The reality was very different, you get 2 eggs, that you need to cook yourself, 2 slices od cheese and 2 slices of ham for 2 people, some cookies and some other small things (in the foto). When we faced our concern with the property, they said that we should have asked for more ham and cheese if we wanted too, but still a bit of a scam that it was not there in the first place. So make sure to pick your breakfast selections in advance not to be disappointed

Would come back for sure

Great breakfast. And a very cute idea with the breakfast box. Vast property with grass and a lot of place to run and play for small children. Swings for children and toy tractors to ride and play with. You could take a stroll through and property and explore. So even if you want to wind down and just relax, theres plenty space to do it. The room design was cool and it had all the necessities to cook food on your own.

So smazing property, apartment, garden&pools, vineyard and mountain views, picnic breakfast. Our daughter loved it to run around the garden, swing, pet the dog and swim.

Shower is quite tiny, some little ants in the apartment but that is understandable when in ground floor. It would be useful to have some coat rack or hooks near to the front door in the living room where you could hang e.g. your coat and bag.

We were a family of 5 and our apartment was comfortably spacious, with views over the vineyard. Covered parking is on-site and secure The owners, Carlo and Vittoria, are responsive and take great care Breakfast is well organised, which you may enjoy in your accommodation or in the garden Location is great if you want to explore around the lake, or simply relax away from the crowds

Exceptional

It's a wonderful place and very nice owners. They do everything to make your stay comfortable. There are two swimming pools, a vineyard with places for a picnic, barbecue and walks. Every morning a large picnic basket with breakfast and fresh vegetables and herbs can be picked from the garden available to guests. Super apartments with a beautiful view through huge windows. The vineyard produces very good wines and delicious olive oil. I really regret that we didn't bring more of them :) If anyone wants to use the SPA or do yoga, it is also available. You can even order a pasta making lesson. And we also felt at home. thank you :)

Wonderful place!

To begin with, the staff was really friendly and helpful (thank you for everything!!). The place was beautiful, big and fun. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good! and the good thing is that you can take it with you wherever you want! Yoga classes are available at request!

I did not like the fact that there were babies crying in the garden. As the rooms are one next to the other, it really bothered me. I think couples must take this in consideration. L’agriturismo is next to a noisy highway.

Beautiful place to stay

The property is beautiful surrounded by wineyard and room is nicely decorated. The staff is super nice. The breakfast is good and sufficient. And the snack table and coffee during the day is great idea.

Our teenagers were sleeping on the sofa bed, which was quite hard… maybe for small children it goes, but not for adults without extra mattress .
