Spread over two floors, the villa features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 comfortable living rooms, and 2 kitchens with dining tables. You’ll also find Wi-Fi, fans, cable TV, DVD player, high chair, fireplace, and on-site parking. The spacious, fenced garden is well maintained and offers beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards. Enjoy a barbecue and garden furniture for relaxing evenings outdoors with family.
The villa is about a 5-minute drive from Cavaion Veronese, where you’ll find the nearest supermarket and a water park. Verona, with its many monuments, restaurants, and shops, is about 30 minutes away by car.
In winter, heating is available for an extra charge based on consumption. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are welcome: the first pet stays free, while the second and third must be registered at booking and are available for an extra charge. The owner asks that dogs are friendly and well behaved.
