About this villa rental
Villa Antonietta and its garden full of trees are located in a very green and peaceful residential area, among olive-fields and other villas with their gardens. It is on the hillside, just 300 meters far from the lake shores as the crow flies. The central square of Torri and the lake shores can be reached following the steep bending asphalt road with a 1.5km drive or walk. It's the ideal position to be far enough from the lively atmosphere of Torri when you want peace and privacy and able to reach everything by a few minutes drive. The height of the position will offer you incomparable views.
It is an ideal accommodation for who want to enjoy a holiday full of opportunities: absolute relax and privacy inside the large real estate, endless chances to make sport, to have fun, to discover history and art in the neighborhood.
Perfect for two families who want to share living areas and keep privacy in two separate sleeping areas (first e second floor).
Interior spaces on two floors (270 sqm) +2 wonderful panoramic terraces (40sqm and 30sqm). First floor: 2 double rooms, 1 triple room, 1 single room, 2 bathrooms, wide kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, living room (50sqm) with fireplace, terrace.
Second floor: 1 double room, 1 single room, 1 bathroom, terrace.
For groups with more than 11 persons we offer:
- two folding beds for adults
- two beds for children up to eight years old
All these beds can be placed in any bedroom, which are all large enough to arrange one/two extra beds.
In the sitting room there is also a bed-couch.
In the villa there are also two babycots and a high chair available for babies.
The price is reduced for groups of up to 8 people thanks to the closure of the upper floor.
Big swimming pool (12,5mX5m), wide and silent solarium awesome views, changing room and bathroom near the pool.
