Everything, hospitality and the facility

I really liked the location, the large and modern rooms, the fact that we had a jacuzzi next to the room, and that we could order breakfast and dinner to the room for free. I also appreciated the lady with curly hair at the reception, who suggested places for us to visit and was very kind.
The other lady at the reception, who was older, told us one morning at breakfast to turn the sound of the phone down. The next day, when we went to breakfast again, while she was washing plates and clearing the tables after the guests before us, she was banging the dishes as if she wanted to break them. So, the day before she asked us to lower the volume of something we were watching on our phone, and the following day, while clearing the tables next to us, she was aggressively throwing the dishes into the dishwasher. We later spoke with her about what had happened and she apologized, but that does not excuse the way she behaved. We also repeatedly asked the reception staff to help us with the heating, but the temperature in the room remained the same. Even though we asked them several times, nothing was done to address the issue.

Great place, location and view.
Shame that the pool seats / pool area is open to non-staying guests during the day. This means it gets super overcrowded and service staff can’t cater / cover all the people effectively. Was waiting for 2hrs for a drink at the pool.
