Awesome stay in historic building. Lovely lady running the place.

This is a super cool hotel in a historic building. The building was nice, we enjoyed the balcony. The woman who runs the place, I believe her name is Claudia, was incredibly kind. The breakfast was fantastic.

Great place to stay in Muotathal

We stayed in Muotathal to do the hike in the Hölloch caves, which are not far away. The hotel was conveniently located and very comfortable - and if we would decide to visit the area again, we would have no hesitation in booking at the Gasthaus Post again. Claudia and the team were friendly and helpful. And the breakfasts and dinners we had at the hotel were very good. We also travelled with our dog, who felt equally comfortable in the room!

I would have loved to have a kettle in the room so that I could make myself some tea / coffee in the early morning. But this is a "nice to have", rather than a "need to have".

Lovely stay

We stayed here for two nights. Beautiful area for hikes. The gasthausfrau is absolutely lovely. Rooms are comfortable, nice big beds and proper breakfast. The whole gasthaus is very clean and nicely and nicely decorated. Thank you Claudia for the lovely stay!

The room was very nice, clean and quiet (Deluxe Double Room). The service was excellent by the owners, who create a family atmosphere and made our stay memorable. The food at the restaurant was great, best food we have had in Switzerland for a while.

Very friendly owner and staff. Owner is very flexible and hospitable. Breakfast is really good. I will recommand this hotel when you are in Swizz. It's nearby ski and langlaufarea Stoos.

Hotel traditionnel suisse. Personel très accueillant. souriant et qui souhaite que votre séjour se passe le mieux possible. Chambres très propres.

Il y a une salle de restaurant fumeur et une non fumeur bien séparée. Malheureusement, la salle fumeur reste ouverte sur la montée d'escalier aux chambres et l'odeur de cigarette monte dans les chambres.

Wir wollten für 3 Tagen Urlaub machen, zum Schneewandern und es hat alles gepasst.

Das Frühstück war perfekt, war alles da, was man sich wünscht. Die Chefin war sehr zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns sogar ein teueres Zimmer ohne Aufpreis gegeben, weil in der ersen Nacht einen Anlass mit vielen Leuten gewesen war. Das Nachtessen war perfekt. Wir können dieses Gasthaus nur weiterempfehlen.
