Good value for money, great location, incredible views.

The hotel is in an insanely beautiful place, with incredible views. The luggage pick up / delivery service from the funicular is great. (Walking with luggages in so much snow was quite difficult).

The annexed building does not have a lift.

Beautiful spot on top of the mountain

The room, breakfast, and the staff.

The name of the hotel is not written on the road signs after getting off of the funicular, "Gastehaus by Stoos Hotel" is not written anywhere. Apparently, it's under the wellness center. That led us walking in circles with our luggage. The lady seating us at the breakfast table is a bit unkind in telling us where we have to sit

Absolutely loved our stay!

Loved the location, as you come up the Morschach cable car you walk 1 minute to the left and you’re at the hotel. We did the Stoos Ridge Hike and the chair lift was 2 minute walk away! The breakfast was amazing, it was so yummy! There was a great selection to choose from, the fruit was so fresh and you could order cooked eggs however you’d like them on the menu! The beds were so comfy and the bathrooms were modern, in the room there was water, toothpaste, mouthwash, vanity set, shower caps, hairdryer and body wash. The TV had channels dialled in. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had forgotten adaptors as in Switzerland they differ from your usual Euro ones and we were able to borrow them. You can also pick up an exit ticket from the carpark at Morschach which is free parking. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent stay.

Everything, the room was a good size and very comfortable. The staff at the wellness hotel could not have been any more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Perfect location for hiking. Breakfast was very good, I did not have dinner but did have lunch on the first day and it was delicious. It was so peaceful.

Nice place but we will never return.

It’s high in the mountains. The rooms are fresh, bright and lovely. The beds are super comfy. We loved the place! The hotel staff was wonderful and welcoming on all counts except at dinner.

We had dinner at the onsite restaurant, (Wellness Center) and we were treated so badly we will never return to Stoos. The waiter was so nice and expeditious to other tables but was condescending to us , maybe because we asked if there was a charge for water. They were snooty. The food came at an extremely slow pace. We had to go find a waiter to get desert menus . It took 3 hours to eat there . Others came and left within an hour , The bill came after an hour wait. It ruined it for us. The wonderful breakfast was not as appreciated even though the staff was so top notch and friendly at that point, and the beautiful buffet and made to order omelettes were very good.

Amazing value in a stunning resort with top class staff

The staff here are exceptional. So helpful as I had many questions before arrival. The spa is fantastic value at €20 and the breakfast is hard to beat with buffet and fresh eggs offered. So glad we stayed 2 nights. We were also very lucky and were upgraded to the top floor family room with balcony and amazing views.

Hopefully will be back!

Location a bit farther away from the main hikes (less than 10min walk) so it's a nice quiet area. Breakfast was unreal, so good! Perfect for pre hike with every option imaginable. Very nice clean hotel with a fresh bowl of apples every morning waiting in the entrance.

TV options - no channels in English, not even CNN. But that's not that important.

Book this place now!!! Absolute dream!

This was a last minute booking for our family and we were blown away by the property and restaurant. We stayed in the guest house and had an incredible view from our balcony-sunsets are amazing. I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff, property, comfortableness of the room. We arrived shortly after closing time of restaurant and they still made accomodations for us! Best food we had tasted since being in Switzerland. They even stored our luggage for us upon checkout so we could do a hike. It was above and beyond and without hesitation would stay here again and recommend to others! Just wish we had another night here!

There was nothing that we didn't like! If others are accustomed to climbing stairs might be an issue in guest house as there is no elevator and we were on top floor.

A wonderful option in Stoos.

The Guesthouse is adjacent to The Wellness Hotel. Loved my room with one of the comfiest beds I've ever enjoyed! Breakfast was superb and the staff at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Super relaxing with excellent service

We had a good stay thanks to the impeccable service by the staff. Service and breakfast were 5 stars. Meals were ok. The location is beautiful.

The Guesthouse is an annex of the main hotel. Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, which could not be helped but staff were very understanding about our complaint.

We have booked the Gastehaus, which is a part of the hotel. The apartment was clean but it smells strange. I think it’s because of the furniture, the painting on the walls and carpet which are quite old and could use a refresh. It’s such a shame because it’s not cheap and the place is really really beautiful!

Evening restaurant was extreamly overpriced, portions were very small. Service was a bit slow and, at times, bordering on arrogant. A very large disruptive group was sat near us. A shame they weren't sitting in a closed off part of the restaurant so others could eat in peace. Not the level of quality we have previously received

We spent a pleasant evening on the Stoos Alm. Room was clean, comfy.

Interior halls felt like dorm building more than guesthouse, almost a throwback to Formule 1 or prison block. Small windows that minimized access to amazing views.

Wir waren mit Hund willkommen. Sogar eine Decke für ihn war im Zimmer bereit. Dass er nicht beim Essen dabei sein durfte finde ich in Ordnung. Dank der etwas dezentralen Lage hatten wir es sehr ruhig. Wandern auf dem autofreien Stoos und den gut markierten Wanderwegen war sehr entspannend. Das Essen war sehr gut und Preisleistung hat für mich gestimmt.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Auswahl absolut ausreichend. Es gab sogar Lachs und Laugenbrötchen.

Das der Wellnessbereich pro Tag 20€ Aufpreis kostet auch wenn man nach einer Bergtour erst um 16 Uhr in den Wellness Bereich kommt.
