A truly lovely apartment in idyllic Rovinj location

Fantastic location - one of the few properties where you can have a real sea view and be able to walk down and onto the rock outcrop to go for a swim. Property had some great simple additions such as a bottle of wine in the fridge, filters and filter coffee and lots of soaps and shower gels, towels and detergents for dishwasher and washing machine. The sea view was spectacular and with 2 beds and two bathrooms as well as a great size lounge all with windows to the sea, it was a perfect holiday home. If we return to Rovinj, and would happily do so, this apartment really would be top of the list. I am pretty sure that there would not be many in the whole town that could offer such fabulous views and access to the sea whilst being so close to everything and so cosy

The only thing I could fault was access to property and also when we left early in the morning , leaving keys in a safe place after locking up. The managers communicated well before we arrived but due to some issues with my phone, key handover was a frustrating problem. A simple key code box fitted at the property would have made arrival and departure much easier and maybe it’s something the owner / manager could consider as a really cheap way to make this simpler. It was easy to get to, from the car park and bus station (or as easy as any other apartment) some up front advice about options to get transport from these locations would have helped and maybe offering a booking service to the golf cart service available in Rovinj would be a good idea for clients.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, set up like a 5* hotel suite with an understated Scandinavian design ethic. Nice extra touches - welcoming tin of good coffee and a cold bottle of local wine in the fridge. The location was also amazing

This apartment is stunning. it is located in the old part of town, a short walk away from the noise, hustle and bustle of the main part of town, hilltop church and view points to watch the sunsets. It is a top floor apartment so there are is a small stairs to access it. You are immediately drawn to the windows in both the bedrooms and the living area that overlook the sea. Outside at the back of the property there is a small uneven patio area which can be used. You can also swim there too. Facilities are great with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfy beds and plenty of storage space, this property really is a great place to stay.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location.

The staff were more than happy to help with the airport transfers and someone was there to greet us on arrival. The apartment far exceeded our expectations in every way, it was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, very comfortable and the location was fantastic with it's own little beach just metres away with crystal clear blue water. Rovinj is a sublime little town to explore with many great shops, bars and restaurants and a really nice atmosphere. Our flight wasn't until late at night and the staff pulled out all the stops to allow us to check out of the Apartment a bit later than usual.

There's nothing I didn't like but this apartment is on the 2nd floor and while this offers great views the stairs might be something some people need to take into account when booking. Also flat shoes are essential for getting around Rovinj due to the nature of the beautiful cobbled streets. Maybe some shoes for the beach and swimming as well.

The perfect property! - far better than a large noisy hotel!

Stunning! the owners have designed a truly beautiful experience with huge attention to detail. Likewise the view - including the little blue boat outside! - is stunning to wake up to. The location is perfection, close to everything & note most streets are busy yet this is barely 30 seconds walk away from that & remains quiet & relaxing. I have to say thank you to Sandro - we needed 2 extra duvets & wedges for the window shutters - they bought new duvets on the same day AND made new wedges in a couple of hours! Can't wait to go back!

Top gelegen in der Altstadt! Das Apartment war super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Es fehlte an nichts. Wir wurden auch sehr freundlich empfangen, ein Privatparkplatz wurde für uns organisiert und der Transfer zum Apartment hat super geklappt!
