Toma went out of his way to give us a warm welcome and remained exceptionally helpful to us throughout our stay.
We travelled with too much luggage, so actually reaching the location was quite challenging after being dropped off by the taxi (a struggle of our own making).

Breakfast was simple but there was all you needed from juices and cereals to fresh fruit, yoghurts, ham and cheese with fresh bread rolls and cakes every day. Damon provided a good range of cooked eggs freshly made to your request.
We had a problem with our toilet every night whereby the cistern kept filling up all night long and you couldn't flush it. It was looked at but for some reason didn't get fixed because it was ok during the day time. Our Aircon was fixed for us but I think language was a bit of a barrier in our communication at times.

Nice stay in the center of Rovinj old town. Very polite host, clean and comfortable room. Not too noisy although it is on a relatively busy street.
A bit too expensive for the provided facilities that were recently renovated (partially). Breakfast was decent but not anything super special. If you travel by car, there is no parking provided, you have to park at least 10-15min away and carry you luggage through the old town streets. Also know that there is no elevator so it is not suitable for older people or persons with mobility limitations.

located in an excellent central position, in the heart of the historical centre
unfortunately the structure was not very cooperative in informing us that the b&b is located in a limited traffic area that is difficult to reach with luggage and suitcases, no shuttle service, the number provided for help no one answered for hours, really bad management in the care of the customer
