Cozy place in the historical center

The bnb is in the real historical center, a stone's throw to the uphill church and close to the restaurants and nightlife but not so much, to keep everything quiet. The host is very kind, speaks english well and does everything to make you comfortable. Really good breakfast!

If you come to Rovinj by car (like 95% of the tourists there) you must park outside the historical center and get to the hotel by foot, about a 10 minutes walk. Be aware that, during peak season, parkings are really expensive (25€ per day in the unguarded ones - more than 85€ in the guarded). Honestly, we didn't ask if there was any deal for hotel residents but it absolutely seemed not.

Absolutely not recommended — would never go back.

Bigger rooms

The windows couldn't close properly, so the constant street noise made it impossible to sleep before all went quiet. Worse, there's a bar directly beneath the room that blares music — unbelievably loud and incredibly disruptive. Oh and the main door to the room, thin as paper and someone talking outside simply feels like they are in your room, so good luck with sleep if someone drunk is coming back to their room in the middle if the night… The so-called "breakfast room" is a joke — it's not a room at all, just a cramped corner of a hallway with a few tables squeezed in. It looks nothing like the pictures. You're basically eating in a corridor. If you value sleep, avoid this place entirely — church bells go off loudly every morning at 7 a.m. without fail. The building’s staircase is barely a meter wide and dangerously steep, which makes access difficult and uncomfortable. Getting to the hotel is another nightmare. It’s located deep within a maze of narrow streets, completely inaccessible by car. There's no free parking anywhere nearby — the closest paid option is €70 per day and 450 meters away. That means dragging your luggage uphill, on foot, in the heat — exhausting and totally unreasonable. In short, a frustrating and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. Avoid at all costs.

Location is great, its in the middle of old city. Everything was very close to it like beach, shops, etc. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.

Delightful introduction to Croatian welcome.

Quaint and atmospheric location and room clean, cool and well furnished. Warm welcome and very helpful host. Lost of good eateries and interesting shops nearby.

unfortunately the structure was not very cooperative in informing us that the b&b is located in a limited traffic area that is difficult to reach with luggage and suitcases, no shuttle service, the number provided for help no one answered for hours, really bad management in the care of the customer

Lovely Stay

We stayed here last year, liked it, and came back. This year was even better mainly due to their stuff, especially Dominic. He makes you feel the most welcomed, takes care of you and just makes everything perfect. We are thinking to come again next year just because of him. The accommodation is great too, comfortable and clean. The wifi can be spotty, but that’s usually the case in old city in Rovinj. We weren’t bothered with it, since we came to enjoy the city, beaches, and the sea.

Air conditioning not working & room very warm. we stayed in room 3 and problem about air conditioning not rectified despite notifying them on check in. No workers after 10:00pm and host not interested in solving problem despite communicating with representative via WhatsApp. will never stay again in this place!

LOcation was right in the heart of old town, and was fantastic. Dominic was extremely helpful and friendly, i was unfortunately ill one night and the staff could not have been more helpful. Thanks guys

well we liked it. and didn’t like it at the same time. it was quirky. room was in the eaves so you could stand upright in much of the room, but if you could get to the windows you could crawl out on the roof which had a table and two chairs

On Top of Rovinj

Breakfast was adequate. They will make you eggs or an omlette to order as well as cereal, cheese & cold cuts, and fruit. Room was clean and comfortable. Steps away from the church - less than a 5 minute walk.

This really is not the fault of the property but as a caution for those with rolling luggage, the location of the property will make for a difficult climb is you have rolling luggage. I think the property manager/host and I had a bit of miscommunication. I thought he said checkout was at 11, when it was 10:30am. So, he was ushering me out the door at 10:45. The property description does say 10:30, so this could have been my error/misunderstanding.

It's located on the most beautiful street in the old city. The staff is lovely and friendly, especially the people who serve breakfast. When you start a day with their uplifting energy, everything goes well from there. The breakfast was good, with a few different options, and you can order eggs if desired. The bed is very comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.

The wifi is weak, but that is an issue with most places in the old city. It would make the entire experience much better if that could be fixed.

Great location, strange check in/check out process

Very central location, good value for money

‘Reception’ isn’t clear, it’s one member of staff who works in the very small restaurant who also checks you in. We didn’t like the check in/check out process. We were informed that check out was at 11, at 10.20 the staff member entered our room without knocking when I was in just a towel, and proceeded to come into the room with another couple to leave their bags. He did not explain what he was doing and there was no apology, we were horrified because I was changing.

Great location in city center. Breakfast was very good. Room was very comfortable and very quiet. Staff helped out with extra towels and pillows.

A bit hard to find from public parking lot. We were on top floor and wifi was not very good and often did not connect; had to go down the stairs to use it.

Perfect and I'd love to go back.

We visited Rovinj by car from Umag to visit a restaurant, after too much wine we decided to book into this fabulous little hotel in the evening. We were delighted they took the booking at such late notice and were delighted with our room and our fabulous breakfast. For visitors there is no parking available but the hotel is a delight to stay in, follow directions through the narrow streets and you won't be disappointed. A beautiful room, well equipped and immaculately presented, fabulous bathroom, comfy bed and air conditioning. You'll stay right in the heart of the old town centre near plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes. An absolute hidden gem and we loved it. It was a shame we could only stay 1 night. Amazing breakfast too!

A cute little B&B

Right in the heart of old town! Breakfast was pretty decent as well.

Getting to it is quite hard and hosts didn’t provide too much help. Also lugging your luggage uphill on stone pavement and stairs isn’t the easiest. The decorations look nicer than they are in real life.
