Couldn’t have been better.

Great accommodations in the heart of the old town. You cannot drive into the old town but Kristina met us at a parking lot we were able to use at no extra cost and drove us to the accommodation with a golf cart; and back to the lot when we had to leave. Perfect service.

An ideally located and very comfortable lodging place.

A very warm welcome was received from Kristina. The guesthouse was the former home of her husband who grew up the house. The suite was beautifully furnished and decorated. Its location within the historic quarter was a bonus and put us in the heart of all that was needed to make our stay complete. The use of an electric buggy to transport us from the private car park was both a great convenience and a quirky novelty.

The stairs to the higher floors would be a challenge for people with mobility issues.

Wonderful

The warm friendly welcome. The room is really clean and comfortable. The shower works great. In-room amenities are well equipped. The location is unbeatable. Only a few feet away to do a morning swim in the sea, and to the best ice-cream shop and good restaurants. Lastly, they also drive guests to the hotel or bus station.

A beautiful and authentic stay in the heart of Rovinj with exceptional hosts.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Since cars aren’t allowed in the old town, they arranged a pick-up and drop-off with a transfer cart, which was a great help. The guesthouse is a charming traditional Rovinj-style home. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was fully renovated and spotless, and everything was very clean. Daily cleaning was available. There’s a communal espresso machine and cutlery, and a lovely seating area outside to enjoy breakfast.

Since it’s a traditional old house, you can hear footsteps from the floors above as the structure creaks when someone walks. Occasionally, it can also get lively outside at night, but both are minor issues and part of the experience of staying in a characterful home in the city center.

Beautiful traditional guesthouse - recommended.

Beautiful traditionsl guesthouse located in the old town within 100 metres of the harbour and all it's amenities. Our room was on the second floor and was very clean and well equipped.

Nothing...... although the steep stairs to the second floor might be a challenge for the very elderly or those with mobility issues.

It was a lovely room and location. Liked the fact it was a former family home. Found it helpful being able to have enough space plus having a fridge so we could prepare our own breakfast /lunch as well as eating out at the excellent nearby restaurants. Kristina was super helpful and friendly too .

Amazing!

The rooms are clean, spacious, and renovated. Since we had a car, the owner kindly guided us to a nearby parking area, then picked us up in a golf cart and brought us to the hotel — such a cute gesture! The location couldn’t be better — close to everything you might need. The owners are absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Definitely coming back!

Awesome quiet location in the Old Town. The room was generous size and very comfortable with all amenities you could hope for. AC worked well (heat wave!). Really appreciated that host met us at private parking spot and brought us down to the edge of the old town in golf cart. We then carried our luggage up to the apt a few short blocks but up some stairs. Easy enough.

Beautiful, large room in the city center. Walking distance to everything you want to see in Rovinj! If you decide to drive, there is also a convenient parking spot a short walk away from the hotel. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful with our bags and recommendations to local beaches, restaurants, and more. I highly recommend staying here!

It wasn’t an issue for us, but there are stairs to the top bedroom we stayed in. It was good exercise!

Lovely stay in beautiful Rovinj.

Quaint Rovinj charm. Very large room. Kristina and her husband were very accommodating. Drove us to pick up our car rental on our day of departure.

The stairs were very steep but Kristina was so kind in offering to help carry my bag through town and up the stairs.

Central quiet location. Comfortable, well equipped suite. Helpful host.

We didn’t mind but be aware it’s a five flight stairway up to the uppermost suite. Well worth the climb.

Exceptional

Kristina is a lovely host and made our stay such a comfortable one. She was very helpful in assisting us with parking, meeting us at the parking lot and then driving us to our room. On the day of our departure, her husband drove us to our car which was very nice as we didn’t have to worry about carrying our luggage down cobblestone streets. The property itself is lovely and clean with nice touches all over the place like chocolate and fresh flowers. There’s also a nice little sitting area downstairs and a patio outside which we used during breakfast and for drinks in the evening (it’s a great space for people watching!). Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well which was important as we were visiting when the weather was very warm. We also appreciated that there was a mini fridge and a coffee maker in our room. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay at this property!

There is no one single thing I didn’t like about this place!!! Location is perfect if you want to be located in the very center of the city. Cleanliness was exceptional and the favorite part of the room was the beautiful bathroom! Owner of the house, Kristina, as well as her husband were very friendly and helpful for any thing we needed! Hope we are coming again next year! :)

Wonderful stay

Casa Vittoria is a beautiful house right in the old city centre of Rovinj, close to everything you need. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful and have everything you need. Bathroom very modern and clean. Car parking is about 5-10 min walk from accomodation, but they picked us up and brought our luggage to our room. Our heavy bags were even carried up and down the stairs! Highly recommend this place!

The only thing I can think of is that the bed amd floor were a bit squeaky.
