Not excited but we were only there to sleep 2 nights, so ok.

Near center but only paid parking in front of the house which was also full.

I didn't see the "cash payment only" policy neither did anyone warned me about it. I figured it will be automatically payed with my credit card like it's usually done. Only after we got out of the apartment we received the call from the owner, asking when we will pay the stay with cash. At the end we managed to arrange bank transfer so we didn't have to return back. In the apartment upstairs were some young people listening to loud music as they were probably preparing to go party in the city. Luckily they left before midnight. No hook to hang the towels in the bathroom. No place to dry your wet swim suit and towels.

- renovated building, good furniture and finishing - position close to town center (5min walk) - fast check-in and out

- overpriced for a simple room without breakfast - room extremely tight, just ok for 1-night stay. Bathroom without even a shelf for personal amenities - cash payment only, discovered at check-out, this must be specified in advance and also not within Booking.com policy

Close to the bus station and walking distance to the town. Really friendly staff. Room was nice, clean and convenient. Little shampoos were provided.

A perfect place to stay in Rovinj

A perfectly located place, a five-minute walk till the bus station and the centre. The room is comfortable, clean and well-equipped, there was even a 1,5-litre bottle of water. And very friendly and helpful hosts, who even helped me to solve a problem with my bus tickets. The hostess speaks English, which also was very comfortable and convenient.

A lovely appartment with the best location

We had the best time, thank you so much Raoul!! The appartment was spacious and perfect for 6 persons. We loved the balcony. Also the location was very good, close to the old town, sea and the bus stop. The host was amazing and we loved it!

The property is near the old town, it was clean, the lady was very friendly and responsible. They have left us even coffee 😊 There is a parking in front of the house but you need to pay to leave your car,so they told us where we can find free parking which is around 600 meters away.

The room was really clean nice and comfortable, the owner is very nice and ready to help you in case of need. The room was 5-minute walk from the city center and 5-minute walk from the beach! Very recommended!

Perfect location a few minutes walk from downtown so you can sleep at night. Hosts were super friendly and accommodating and the room is freshly renovated by the look of it. Shower is a joy!
