Good base in central Roving Old Town.

Great location in lovely building with lovely outside space. Despite being very central it was very quiet & private. Very clean & comfy with good bed & shower. Minimal kitchen facilities but not a problem for us.

Unfortunately on two of our three nights the guests upstairs were ridiculously noisy into the early hours & must have disturbed all properties around too with windows open. Obviously not the fault of the hosts.

Historical on the outside, modern on the inside, in the heart of Rovinj

Perfect location, modern and comfortable room, spotless apartment, and very friendly staff. They gave me all the information I needed about the town and also offered free parking and a convenient transfer service. Highly recommended!

We were a little worried about our car at first, as the free parking is about a 10-minute walk away in a large green area. However, nothing happened during the whole week, and everything turned out perfectly fine.

Perfect location in a 1724 Baroque palazzo for a Rovinj sightseeing stay

The location is perfect for a Rovinj sightseeing stay. Firstly, it is an easy, flat walk from the bus station. It is also and easy walk to the old town and all the viewpoints, and the main restaurant and bar areas. It is also close to several bakeries and mjnimarkets (as well as the farmers market). The room is on the first floor of the building - there is a short flight of stairs up from the entrance lobby, but the steps are not steep. The room itself is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. There is a good amount of storage space and a kitchen bench with sink, refrigerator, microwave and kettle. The slower water is excellent and the towels are fluffy. The bed is very comfortable. The window can be opened for fresh air. Excellent price for the location and facilities.

Only small things, but the shower has no door, so it is difficult to stop water getting on the bathroom floor. In addition, there is not much natural light in the room (as it is on the first floor in a narrow street) so it took a really long time for towels to dry. (This was also more of a problem than it might otherwise be because of the open shower as I mentioned). I would have appreciated an airing rack (as there is no heated towel rack in the bathroom).

Our stay in the charming loft on the topfloor of carera 6 was amazing; Our room was very tastefully decorated, fully equipped and very clean. located in a historical building in the city center, this address is a perfect base to reach everything by foot. our host Marco was very very helpful; born and raised in rovine, he knows the way like no other. thanks to his tips and directions we went to the best spots and hidden jams.. look no further, this is the perfect getaway!

The best location, clean and a wonderful host!

Located on the main street, very clean, cozy, with AC and newly refurbished. Great communication with the host, very helpful, he even arranged an extra night for us. Will definitely come back next year!

It would be nice to have some mini shampoos in the bathroom. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Had no expectations and we were both very pleasantly surprised once we got into the apartment.

Very staff and was helpful on many points. Good recommendations. At first the building was nothing special but the room was very delightful and a great surprise how nice it was inside.

If i could have stayed longer! If there was free wine and beer. If it was the penthouse with a Terrace to see all of the city. All was good.

great place for cozy stay

Very cosy and clean apartment with a great location, private access and amazing owner Marco. The room had all necessary facilities and Marco helps us with any assistance and requests from out side! especially we liked patio open space area with sunbeds and sitting area! Appreciate all the help we got and recommending stating at his rooms

Amazing location & view in the very city center

Best location in the entire town. Best window view of the old town & St. Euphemia's Church. Beautifully renovated attic apartment. Modern amenities in the bathroom. Plenty of fresh clean towels. Nice mini fridge. Basic kitchenware for 2 people.

Apartment is on the 5th floor, which can be exhausting to reach, especially in the summer heat. The bathroom doesn't have a mirror, and is located in the part of the attic where it's easy for taller people to hit their head on the lower ceiling. The WiFi didn't really connect most of the time, so we just used our data allowance instead.

Overall it was good

It was an interesting looking apartment or I should say Loft. I liked the style very much. Very spacious room There was a new wifi in the room which worked fine. There was a nice wooden speaker with FM. And I like the Rovinj tower view from the window. Self checkin in the apartment. Location was good.

Finding the location using google maps can be tricky, in google map its 2 building off actually, so watch out for street and the door number, Door can be confusing too, its better if he sends you a picture, in my case he said he will send it but he forgot to send it actually. Had to ask him about the wifi password over phone, which should have been written somewhere in the room. Bathroom little small, as its a LOFT and toilet in the corner, your head will hit the ceiling if you are over 175cm approx. There was no shampoo, which is a very basic thing. And no LIFT, and it's at the top of the building, heavy luggage will be quite a problem, i had small luggage. They rush for checkout at the exact agreed checkout time.

False Advertising!

Central location in the city

The owner has clearly different quality level of apartments, even if the photos suggest they are all at least similiar. Regarding the room that we received, the pictures were not only photoshopped, but he also used different furniture, etc. This goes beyond marketing and is crossing the line of intentional false advertising! During the booking process, it is not really transparent which apartment you will get. The owner said that we booked a „white room“ which is a classification not shown on Booking.com. None of the pictures have a description, so it’s difficult to clearly assign them to specific rooms. Furthermore, the apartment was not really clean. For example: There were stains in the toilet, used cap of a razor in the shower. Other information regarding the availability or (non-)availability of private parking or a joint terasse is not consistent across the page and his answers. Based on the reaction of the owner, I believe that this is intentional to rent out different level of apartments at a similiar price point.
