About this bed and breakfast
Luxury B&B room at Colosseum provided with all comforts (Satellite TV 43", air conditioning, daily cleaning, minibar, laptop safe box, writing desk, water kettle with tea and coffee, bathroom courtesy line by Carthusia Parfums of Capri). Every room has its own private and elegant bathroom ensuite.
Room dimension is about 20 square metres, including the private bathroom ensuite.
Price indicated is for single room.
The B&B is enriched by special custom-made forniture made by the best Italian artisans using noble materials such as travertine marble and wood, to create an elegant, relaxing and confortable environment.
Our guests may use the living room, when they can take an espresso coffee and read books about Rome, its art and architecture.
In every room there is a water kettle with tea and coffee to relax after a tour in the city .
Our B&B is situated next to the "Forum Romanum" in the heart of the small district of Celio, in the middle of small and quiet streets with restaurants, artisans workshopswhere you can discover the real Roman life, with small medioeval churches with fantastic mosaics.
Enjoy the beauty of the most famous archeological sites: Traian Markets, Forum Romanus, the Domus Aurea and the Costantine Arch are only 800 metres away from our charming B&B.
Just 1 km away you will find Piazza Venezia and the famous Via del Corso, with the most famous Italian fashion brands.
Last but not least the characteristic area of Monti, full of life, bars and restaurants with a lot of artistic beauty. Anyway, all Roma attractions are easily to be reached in a few minutes thanks to the local public transports.

GREAT location. Walking distance to the sites. The room is a bit tight, best for one suitcase or backpack travellers. Had an AC/fan unit. It was actually pretty quiet at night-close to some great restaurants. Good communication from hosts.

Incredibly freindly, air conditioner worked super well in our room which eas very welcome in the summer months. Right next to the collesium and so many Rome must-see locatons. I will rebook here anytime vositing Rome without question.

The room was great! The staff was great! The location was great (2 blocks from the Colosseum, walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants). I only rate it lower for future renters to be aware - there are many properties listed on one ad. We paid an extra 60 euro for a balcony that didn't exist. Also, when I saw the ad upon arrival, it was listed as much less expensive than what we paid.
