I love how clean it was and how close to everything it is.

Nothing it was perfect for us.

The room was great and I loved all the antique pieces and artwork. I had a room that overlooked the internal courtyard so it was lovely and quiet. The room was cleaned everyday and had fresh towels. It was in a great location and walking distance to the termini and buses. The park around the corner was lovely! There were alot of cafes and restaurants close by as well. Really easy check in instructions and it was good to have keys rather than codes to doors. It was my first time to Rome so I took advantage of exploring the neighbourhood. The kitchen facilities are shared which I didn't find any issue with, I just took the kettle into my room when I needed to.

The only downfall was no lift and you have to carry your luggage up to the floor and with no reception on site it's difficult if you have mobility issues.

The property is in very good location for me to visit Rome and Vatican. The facilities are excellent, good value for the money. The staff is helpful and kind.

This is more likely a guest house than a hotel. However the staff helped me to check in after hours OK.

The area is good, and the daily cleaning is a big advantage.

Although I really appreciated the daily cleaning, the strong smell of disinfectant used to wash the bedding, towels, and floors is very intense and quite unpleasant. I felt that this unbearable smell is a disadvantage for the location, and the disinfectant should be changed. Similarly, there seems to be no investment in the property. The bed covers are old and look very worn. A proper duvet is necessary. Basically, everything that breaks stays broken, and hardly anything is replaced.
