Good but not great.

Nice, clean room with a balcony facing the garden. Good breakfast. Coffee available at all times.

Payment only in cash. To pay you have to go to different building. Staff doesn’t speak english. 15 min walk from the lake.

Exceptional

Facilities were very modern and comfortable. Great care taken in the presentation of the room. Breakfast was excellent. Within walking distance to the town. Host very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay

Room size: big enough for us and our 2 kinds (3 and 7 years old) Nice view on the mountains The breakfast is excellent. The jacuzzi in the garden is a nice plus.

Superb

The house is within the walking distance of Cannobio, but calm and quiet. The room was refurbished and comfortable, with a lovely balcony, and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable and quiet place to stay with easy access to town, free easy access parking on site.

Very nicely renovated property. everything was in perfect condition, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very tidy garden with use of jacuzzi. only 2 bedrooms accessed by a spiral staircase. The property was on the edge of main town but a 5 or 10 minute stroll takes you to the centre and avoids any parking issues. Lots of places to eat down by the lake.

Gute Lage und eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage (Zentrum von Cannobio fußläufig zu erreichen). Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis waren nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Zimmergröße war ausreichend. Das in der Beschreibung aufgeführte Spa-Center konnten wir leider nicht finden. Es gab lediglich einen Whirlpool unter einer Überdachung im Garten. Von einer Nutzung haben wir aber abgesehen. Die Unterkunft bietet 2 Zimmereinheiten, die im ersten bzw. zweiten Geschoss liegen. Die Zimmer sind über eine enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen, war mit einem großen oder schweren Koffer schwierig sein kann. Es war nur Barzahlung möglich - darauf sollte bei der Ausschreibung in booking.com unbedingt hingewiesen werden.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Die Lage war fußläufig 15 Minuten vom Zentrum. Ruhige Wohngegend. Wir hatten einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz gleich bei der Unterkunft. Die Pension verfügt über 2 Doppelzimmer. Da wir zu viert waren, hatten wir das ganze Haus für uns. Es gibt sogar einen Garten mit Terrasse. Bei gutem Wetter kann man dort sitzen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Uns wurde alles ganz genau gezeigt und erklärt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Preis Leistung super

Und hat alles gefallen. Allerdings gibts eine schmale Wendeltreppe zu den Zimmern. Falls man eine Einschränkung hätte, wäre das etwas schwierig. Für uns war das kein Thema.

Ruhig und trotzdem zentral.

Sehr schöne kleine Pension, modern eingerichtet. Hervorragendes Frühstück trotz der "nur" 4 Hausgästen. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Ruhige Lage am Rande der Stadt. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Perfecto, hasta luego!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, herrliches Frühstück, der private Garten, Parkplatz vorhanden, Luca und Familie sehr herzlich, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, auch in der Hochsaison ein Ort für Ruhe da es „nur“ zwei Zimmer hat. Es war alles perfekt.👍🙏

Quasi eden

Camera e bagno belli e puliti. Giardino bello e pulito. La Jacuzzi in giardino con idromassaggio, il personale gentile ed affabile, la colazione. Il personale è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze di check-in, ci è stato permesso di restare in giardino dopo il check out. Il cielo stellato col rumore del ruscello

La Jacuzzi si riscalda con i pannelli solari, la mattina l'acqua è un po' fredda. Gli orari del check-in e del check -out. Al pian terreno e in giardino non vi sono servizi ( solo in camera) né spogliatoi. Il centro e il lido sono raggiungibili a piedi, ma non vicinissimi.

Alles hat uns sehr gefallen. Die netten Leute, die super schnelle Kommunikation, die Räumlichkeiten, Sauberkeit, die Ruhe …..einfach alles perfekt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und mit regionalen Produkten sehr fein. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Leider nur für eine Nacht, wir kommen wieder, war sehr schön, gemütlich, herzlich!

Wir wurden herzlich von Luca empfangen! Liebevoll ausgestatte, sehr schöne Unterkunft, tolles Frühstück. Wir durften jederzeit die Kaffeemaschine benutzen um uns einen feinen Cappuccino zu gönnen. Garten mit Liegen und Whirpool-so gemütlich! Am Sonntagmorgen vor der Abreise liessen wir das Auto noch bis mittags bei der Unterkunft stehen um den Markt zu besuchen, so konnten wir uns die mühsäme Parkplatzsuche sparen. Danke Luca, wir kommen wieder!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, Unterkunft verfügt über zwei Doppelzimmer, deshalb sehr ruhig und familiär, alles sehr sauber, geschmackvoll dekoriert und eingerichtet, Zimmer für uns beide sehr geräumig, auch das Badezimmer; Lage ist hervorragend, zu Fuß sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten ins Ortszentrum und ein paar Minuten bis zum See (Schiffsanlegestelle optimal erreichbar); privater Parkplatz vorhanden (abgesperrt); der Frühstückstisch war sehr liebevoll eingedeckt, Auswahl mehr als ausreichend; wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt wärmstens weiterempfehlen

Nettes Bed & Breakfast etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum von Cannobio

Ein renoviertes sauberes Zimmer. Obwohl unterm Dach war das Zimmer nicht zu warm und zusätzlich war eine Klimaanlage verfügbar. Das Frühstück für die beiden Zimmer wurde im Erdgeschoss an zwei Tischen nett hergerichtet; die Speisen waren frisch, schmackhaft und ausreichend. Der große Garten kann genutzt werden. Mit einem 15 Minuten Spaziergang ist man im Zentrum von Cannobio bei den Restaurants. In die andere Richtung kommt man an Badestellen an einem kleinen Fluss. Ein privater Parkplatz stand in der Nähe zur Verfügung.

Der Balkon ist sehr klein; man kann nur etwas gequetscht zu zweit dort sitzen, aber um nochmal dort zu lesen reicht der aus.

Una vera sorpresa

Camera molto confortevole, pulita, ordinata, ampio bagno. Nel pieno relax letti comodi, staff molto professionale. Da 10 ⭐ la colazione, ottimi prodotti, ottima qualità, una colazione ricca e abbondante una vera sorpresa è stata . Ottima posizione con ampio parcheggio a 100 mt, ci torneremo sicuramente, consigliatissimo.
