This hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the lake and to Cannobio. The room was not that big but it was clean and the balcony is nice. Breakfast is good too, and the restaurant serves great pizza's as well. The pool area is a nice space, not big but clean, with chairs and a really great view.

No fridge in the room was a bit inconvenient. We didn't match the average demographic of the guests in the hotel.

- Great breakfast - good size of the room - lake view

- close to a noisy street and the AC was super loud. So sleeping with open window wasn’t possible and sleeping with AC on wasn’t possible as well. - salmon and milk should be cooled at breakfast

We arrived at 7:30pm, the reception was closed, there’s an unfriendly woman who told us what to do in her high fitch voice. There no remote control for the aircon, try to call them, room telephone is disconnected. No access to wireless. It’s the most worst hotel I ever book in Booking.com

Kein erholsamer Urlaub durch lärm. Ausflüge waren Interessant.

Das Frühstück war recht gut und ausreichend. Der Ort Cannabio ist ganz gut.

Die Lage war mittelmäßig, da die Hauptstrasse direkt vorm Hotel lang läuft. Beim Schlafen kann man kein Fenster auflassen Der Pool war auch schon nicht mehr nutzbar. Baustellenlärm von Morgens 7:30 Uhr bis Abends 18 Uhr. ( Kompressor und Presslufthammer ) Und das insgesamt 6 Tage. also keine richtige Erholung. Hier hätte ich auch ein Beweisvideo drüber. Fernseher sehr klein. Kein Minikühlschrank im Zimmer. Am 1 Tag eine Stinkwanze im Zimmer.

Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut (alle Produkte hervorragend) Die eigene Terrasse schön Richtung Sonnenuntergang gelegen, damit man die Ankunft noch genießen kann. Als Zwischenstopp super, da es sogar vom Parkplatz hinterm Haus einen Aufzug zu den Zimmern gibt. An der Straße, aber sehr ruhig. Fußläufig zum Städtchen

Frühstück, Personal, Sauberkeit dies alles war sehr gut. Die um Restaurants, die Altstadt und Schiffsanlage zu erreichen sehr, sehr gut. Ein Traum den See so nah zu haben.

Leider ist die stark befahrene Hauptstrasse gleich beim Hotel. Diese ist ab 06:00 sehr laut, da der Pendlerverkehr Hoch frequentiert ist. Die Fenster sind nicht dicht genug um den Lärm zu verhindern.

Personeel is vriendelijk maar niet gastvrij. Bij het ontbijt waren de broodjes op. Als wij vragen wordt het nog aangevuld kregen we als antwoord nee, de broodjes waren al op gesmikkeld door de andere gasten.

Perfekte Lage, perfekter Pool, sehr familienfreundlich, super Preis Leistung.

Für uns, die Lage am Stadtrand, mit dem Pool auf der Dachterrasse war sowas von perfekt. Die Familie war so freundlich und stets zuvorkommend. Die Küche ist Restaurant perfekt im Preis Leistung. Rund herum einfach genial.. Wir kommen wieder! Kleiner Kritikpunkt der fehlende Kühlschrank und ein wasserkocher wäre dann perfekt.

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Direkte Lage zu allen Aktivitäten. Man war direkt in den Bergen oder auch am See. Zentrum der Stadt war auch nur in einigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Pool auf dem Dach entscheidet einiges.

Die Betten waren nicht bequem. Das Fenster war zur Straße raus , das hieß um 5:00 war die Nacht vorbei. Auch war der Fahrstuhl so laut das man davon wach wurde .

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit wirklichem Erholungswert.

Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, Pool am Dach, perfekte Lage, gutes mit Liebe gedecktes Frühstück, sehr gute Pizza im Restaurant. Die Läden an den Fenstern auch super. Klein aber fein, so kann man wirklich entspannen.

Kühlschrank im Zimmer, wäre zur Perfektion nicht schlecht gewesen. Klima ist sehr laut, daher vorher gut kühlen und dann braucht man sie zum Schlafen nicht mehr.

Perfekte Lage! Für 1-2 Nächte eine wundervolle abwechslung zum Alltag.

Die Lage ist Genial! Perfekt für den Markt am Sonntag oder das flanieren an der promenade abends. Zum Baden ist es auch Ideal und der Carrfour neben dem Hotel erfüllt auch die alltäglichen bedürfnisse. Und natürlich den Pool auf dem Dach! Mit blick auf den See eine herrliche abkühlung, und eine Perfekte abrundung des Tages.

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Haben Nicht auf dem Hotel Parkplatz parkiert da es zu eng ist… gleich die Treppe runter ist ein Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz der Ideal ist. Haben gerade zugesehn wie 2 Autos beschädigt wurden durch den Engen Platz.
