Alles soweit ok, bis auf...
... den stinkenden Raumduft, der in Unmengen versprüht wird.
1. Übernachtung deswegen Katastrophe.
2. Übernachtung eine Woche danach: das Gleiche Problem.
Nachdem wir gesagt haben, in dem Zimmer schlafen wir nicht, wurde uns ein Upgradezimmer zur Verfügung gestellt.
Etwas erträglichere Luft.
Im übrigen hilft lüften gar nichts. Sie besprühen damit auch die Bettwäsche...
Und dass die Geschäftsführung nichts unternimmt, ist unerklärlich.
Einfach weniger (viel weniger!) vom Raumduft einsprühen!! BITTE!!!
Sonst ein sehr nettes Hotel in toller Lage - wenn nur der Gestank nicht wäre...

Very nice hotel in perfect location, just by the lake. Close to lake promenade, various restaurants, shops etc. Very good breakfast with the view on the Lago Maggiore. Perfect for 1-2 nights stay in Cannobio.
Bathrooms in our rooms was bit old school and room is not very big - that being said we went for the cheapest option and it is totally fine, so it is not a big negative, just something be aware of.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war super gut. Die Zimmer sauber.
Das WIFI funktionierte überhaupt nicht, obwohl dies auf Ihrem Angebot inkludiert ist. Wurde an der Reception gemeldet, jedoch wurde nicht gross auf diese Reklamation eingegangen. Die Aussage, ja hier bei der Reception funktioniert es gut, war schon ein bisschen unverständlich.
