Private beach and great breakfast

The private beach!! And also free bicycles, there are wonderful cycling routes in the city and we enjoyed them in the evening and also morning. Also very good breakfast with local quality cheese, bread and meat. Amazing receptionist, a lady :)

We throughly enjoyed our stay and can recommend the hotel.

Room was on the third floor, clean and spacious. There is an elevator as well. Beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast buffet was scrumptious. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Large balcony. View of lake and mountain. Very helpful welcome from Karin the receptionist. Cannobio is a lovely interesting old town with many restaurants.

Very hot water through cold tap unless you ran it for five or six minutes. Shower pressure poor. Chip in toilet seat. Very limited parking.

We really enjoyed our stay

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good shower, location of hotel, access to beach, lake and within easy walk to the town of Cannobio. Good value for money.

The hotel could do with updating. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was not as nice as others on 1st and 2nd floor. The corridor and rooms on 3rd floor were not carpeted so you could hear people coming and going from their rooms. Very noisy road so better double glazing needed. The concrete on the hotel and especially balcony was rather depressing and would have benefited from some paint to smarten it up. Main complaint was the fact that our safety deposit box in the bedroom would not lock and after inspection was declared broken. It was never repaired or replaced so we did not want to leave valuables in the bedroom.

Room very dated. Wallpaper patched,very badly, in large squares. Photo if requested Whole room and hotel not maintained. Balcony with concrete balustrade extremely off putting. Breakfast ok but quite a few flies about, uncovered food In general for the price definitely not value for money,especially considering we had stayed 2 nights before in Bellagio Lake Como. In a lovely family run hotel for less.

Great place for enjoying Cannobio and its amazing lungolago.

Very friendly and helpful local ladies at the reception. Very lovely italian atmosphere. I felt very welcome. Bus station next to the hotel to easlily reach all the wonderful places alongside Lago Maggiore. Nice walk to Cannobio close to the lake....

Die Damen beim Empfang waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich konnte meine 2 teuren Fahrräder über Nacht in einwm.Raum einschließen.

Uns hat gar nichts gefallen. Haben ein anderes Hotel gebucht, Zimmer nicht bezogen.

Das Haus ist ungepflegt. Fotos und Lage stimmen nicht mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Das Zimmer war eine Frechheit, klein von Bergblick keine Spur. Fenster direkt zum Berg, dunkel einfach eine Frechheit. Empfehlen Booking com, dieses Hotel aus dem Angebot zu nehmen. Schade um das Geld...würde es gerne zurück fordern.....da Angebot und Wirklichkeit nicht überein stimmen. Empfang nicht einladend.....schlicht und einfach eine Frechheit und den Preis nicht Wert. Will das Geld zurück...

Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist.

Zimmer schmutzig und abgewohnt, Betten Metallgestelle, Matratzen verruscht, Fenster undicht, so dass man in der Nacht nicht schlafen konnte, zuviel Lärm, kaltes Wass, man konnte nicht duschen. Hotel absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Nie mehr wieder in dieses Hotel

Eine echte Katastrophe ist das ganze Hotel vom Zimmer angefangen bis zur Umgebung. Einfach nichts ist da 3 Sterne höchstens 1 Stern daher haben wir nur 1 Nacht da geschlafen und waren froh dass wir wieder wegkonnten obwohl wir die 2 Nächte bezahlt haben die wir gebucht haben.

Zweckmäßig, für einen Zwischenstopp jedoch ausreichend.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise, wir fanden die Unterkunft zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Direkt an der Durchfahrt Straße. Keine Parklätze mehr vorhanden, der Parkplatz war so voll, dass wir bei Ankunft nicht mal kurz halten konnten um die Koffer da zu lassen. Daher sind wir auf einen kostenlosen Parkplatz im Ort ausgewichen und mussten das Gepäck hin tragen. Das Gebäude ist ein Betonbau innen Metall Schiebetüren wirkt düster, das Bad extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Draußen frühstücken aufgrund der Durchgangsstraße sehr befremdlich. Der Übernachtungspreis war mir dafür zu hoch.
