Absolutely lovely property with the most friendly kind hosts.

From the second we arrived our lovely hosts welcomed us and provided us with very useful information about the local area. The apartment exceeded our expectations with the views, lovely cooling pool and proximity to the town. In fact it was all too perfect and we decided to increase our stay by a couple of days as we did not want to leave. We are hoping to return again.

With such kind and attentive hosts there really is nothing to dislike about this property.

the owners were very accommodating and friendly, provided good tips for the area, location was great and convenient, great secure bike storage

Superb

Lovely setting with fabulous views across the lake, town and mountains. Very nice pool and enjoyed the verandah to sit and admire views. Short walk into town to waterfront, bars and restaurants.

Overall nothing really. If I had to pick the sofa had seen better days. Our apartment was on the top level so there were 84 relatively steep steps up to it. Great for views but not so good if you had mobility issues.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful with everything from the minute we came. Apartment was as promised with a beautiful view over the lake and a great big terrace/balcony. Apartment is located 5 min walk to the supermarket and 10 to the beach and harbor with cute restaurants and a market on Sunday. All in all really great

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad, een absolute aanrader!

-De vriendelijke ontvangst en hulpvaardigheid van de eigenaren. -Het zwembad -Faciliteiten zoals gratis gebruik van fietsen, gratis parkeergelegenheid, en een privé omkleedcabine bij het strandje aan het meer -Een ruim, schoon en net appartement met een goed werkende airconditioning, een heerlijke douche en goed geoutilleerde keuken -Dichtbij een supermarkt, een goede pizzeria en de boulevard (ook op de fiets via een verhard fietspad te bereiken) -De rust! -Prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen, fietstochten, dagtochtjes naar bijvoorbeeld Stresa of Milaan of Zwitserland

Sehr schöne und grosszügige Wohnung. Sehr Zentral und doch ruhig.Mit Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher und alles was es braucht. Sehr sauber. Supernetter Chef. Auto/Motorrad darf länger da stehen, bis man mit dem Besuch vom Markt fertig ist. Sehr nett.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Großes Appartement ( Nr.6) mit extrem schönen Aussenbereich zur alleinigen Nutzung. 2 Liegen , 2 Sessel/Stühle, 2 Tische mit Bestuhlung aus Plastik. Durch Hecke vom Pool aus auch uneinsehbar. Tolle Privatsphäre! Küchenausstattung mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet, wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt. Pool seit diesem Jahr beheizt, was eine angenehme Sache war. Laufzeit zur Promenade nach Geschwindigkeit 10-15 Minuten

Nicht gefallen ist der falsche Ausdruck, aber man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es viele Stufen ins Apartment hoch geht. Wir hatten das tiefliegendste mit trotzdem noch 30 Stufen. Personen mit Einschränkungen unbedingt ohne Seeblick buchen, die sind im vorderen Teil gelegen und ebenerdig. Was auch noch anzumerken ist. Wir hatten mit Seeblick. Allerdings sieht man von Nr. 6 „nur“ nach links ein Stück den See in Entfernung. Also nicht denken man hat den See vor sich. Da wir immer bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen war ich doch sehr über die Lautstärke der vorbeifahrenden Autos und Motorräder verwundert. Eigentlich Tempo 40, aber da hat sich keiner dran gehalten und die Motorräder haben gut aufgedreht.

Tolle Lage im Cannobio. Sehr sauber und der Pool ist der Hammer. Die Vermieter helfen einem immer weiter und sind auch beim Einparken auf dem Parkplatz eine große Hilfe. Roller und Fahrräder darf man in einen eigenen Keller einstellen - das war super!

Sehr schöne Anlage mit mehreren Appartements, großes Grundstück mit Parkplätzen. Alles Top gepflegt. Der Gastgeber kümmert sich sehr freundlich um alles, und gibt Informationen. Pool immer 29 Grad

Herrlich

Super nette Gastfamilie. Immer ein offenes Ohr und tolle Ausflugstips. Auch ganz tolle Tips für Restaurant fürs Abendessen. Die Wohnung war sehr toll ausgestattet. Wir hatten unseren eigenen Garten und konnten einen wunderschönen entspannten Urlaub geniesen.

Tolle ruhige Lage mit Ausblick und schönen Pool Riesige Unterkunft und Terrasse

Vermieter etwas kontrollierend, auf eine zum teil lustige Art. Meiner Meinung nach zu strikt Alte Möbel, aber gemütlich. Wir haben in 2 Unterkünften geschlafen: Betten in nr. 6 merkt man jede Feder. Nr. 5 super.

Paso por Italia durante nuestro viaje por los Alpes

El departamento es parte de una pequeña villa muy linda, con buenas instalaciones muy bien mantenidas. Los espacios del departamento son amplios y está bien equipado y limpio. La ubicación nos gustó mucho, porque es un sector muy tranquilo y está a pocos minutos del centro. Tienen buenas bicicletas para recorrer el entorno y los anfitriones dan muy buenos consejos para aprovechar la estadía.

Wenn Cannobio, dann Appartamenti Ferrari!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal nach 3 Jahren wieder hier, weil wir schon beim letzten Aufenthalt von der Anlage und den Gastgebern super positiv überzeugt waren. In den Appartements fehlt einem nichts und der Pool ist auch hervorragend gepflegt und beheizt. Die herzliche Begrüßung und die Erinnerung der Gastgeber, dass wir schon einmal zu Gast waren war ein prima Einstand in den Urlaub. Die Lage ist, sieht man von der Straße vor der Tür ab, hervorragend um überall einfach hinzukommen. Wenn wir wieder auf Nummer sicher Urlaub am Lago Maggiore machen wollen werden wir sicher wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

Cannobio ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Das hat ist offensichtlich in den letzten Jahren herumgesprochen. Daher hatten wir bei diesem Aufenthalt den Eindruck dass es etwas voller geworden ist. Noch nicht überlaufen, aber schon nicht mehr so "verträumt" wie noch vor einigen Jahren. An der Unterkunft hat sich das insofern bemerkbar gemacht, dass der Verkehr "vor der Tür" deutlich hörbarer und auch hektischer geworden ist - obwohl hier hauptsächlich einheimische unterwegs sind. Man sollte schon eine entsprechende Geräuschtoleranz haben und sich nur mit ausreichender Aufmerksamkeit auf der Straße bewegen.
