Everything- staff, service, location, breakfast and property were outstanding. The hotel was immaculately presented and had every comfort to make our stay special.

Charming Boutique B&B

Chiara and Francesco are wonderful hosts. Chiara provided delicious vegan breakfasts, on request.. The coffee is delicious (Chemex). Our rooms were above a peaceful lounge area, which although we didn’t make much use of, it was an added bonus. The area is within easy walking of eateries & shops.

Excellent stay- I would go back, just for the breakfast!

Fabulous Breakfast- best in one month in Italy! Well done, but keep it up. Whole range of different foods to keep everyone happy. Loved the fresh and still warm cakes at breakfast and the large range of cheeses. And multiple coffees on order.

Everything was up to a good standard. There was nothing I did not like, but I would have found carrying my luggage up a bit hard as I had a sore knee and Antico Borgo did not have a lift. It would not have normally been a problem

Beautiful stay, very kind people

The house is perfectly located in a nice street. We stayed on the other side of the street at the top floor which gave the most lovely wake up view. The staff was very accommodating and helped us good with a parking spot. Would definitely stay here again. Even Prosecco available at breakfast :D

Concise explanations of how to reach the place, where to park, the tour of the premises (how to use the airconditioner where breakfast is served) and where to taste real Cannobio food were all very helpful and made us feel welcomed and at ease when arriving as well as it added joy ans sympathy to our stay.

The breakfast was really amazing. The staff was very friendly and professional. When we had questions, they immediately reacted and solved our problems. It is a lovely and very nice hotel!

There was not much to dislike. It was really great. One day our room was not cleaned, but I guess it was because we stayed in until around after lunchtime and the cleaning lady must have left by then. So not really anything to complain about!

I had the most wonderful stay!! The welcome was very warm, friendly, open and helpful. You can tell how much love and dedication they put into the B&B. The room was beautiful and clean, the bed super comfortable and breakfast more than delicious. The location is super convenient as was the parking opportunity on their lot in just a couple of minutes walking distance. I can definitely recommend this B&B in a heartbeat and hope to come back again! Thanks so much!

Lovely B&B and great hosts...

Francesco and Chiara were really nice hosts. We had a private parking place for our car with our own key. The B&B is located in the center in a car free street and a there are many possibilites to go out for dinner. The rooms and the breakfast are perfect. Nothing more to say. Everything is made with love.

Perfect stay in Cannobio

Having recently opened its doors, Antico Borgo is a gem in the historic town of Cannobio. The location is great: in the city center (rooms are well isolated so no trouble sleeping). The rooms are spacious and super clean. They provide a great mixture between classical Italian design combined with modern day luxury. The balcony in our Tulipano-room was beautiful. The breakfast is excellent: fresh Italian cheeses, cakes, fresh fruit and amazing coffee. The outdoor breakfast area feels like a movie-set. The building is stunning. The owners, Francesco and Chiara (and all other staff), are super friendly and really do everything to make sure you have an excellent holiday. We will be back for sure! PS: people with allergies can rest assured, the owners do everything they can to provide you with gluten/nut/peanut-free options for breakfast!

Das B&B ist sehr umsichtig und stilvoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Fenster isolieren tipptopp. Da wir verlängerten kamen wir in den Genuss, zwei verschiedene Zimmer zu bewohnen, das zweite hatte sogar ein separates Wohnzimmer. Das Frühstück war ausserordentlich abwechslungsreich und vielseitig und ist mit viel Liebe und Kreativität hergerichtet. Es hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist perfekt und der/die Gastgeber*in sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Einfach Top!

Nous avons tout aimé : l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la gentillesse, la bienveillance et la serviabilité de Chiara et de Francesco (aux petits soins), la décoration de la chambre (à notre goût), le fait qu'elle soit spacieuse, la propreté des lieux. Sans oublier le petit déjeuner qui était très bon et très varié. Avec en prime un parking, à quelques pas de l'hôtel, neuf et sécurisé. Hôtel à recommander sans modération. Ce séjour restera un très beau souvenir pour nous.

Liebevolles B&B in Cannobio

Die Besitzer waren super nett, total herzlich und hilfsbereit. Bester Cappuccino in Cannobio von Francesco. Unser Appartment war super ausgestattet mit Balkon auf Abendsonnenseite. Die Minibar Preise waren super Fair, was einlud auf einen Prosecco auf dem Balkon. Wir kommen wieder :)

Mir persönlich war die Matratze etwas hart. Ein Topper wäre noch super gewesen. Das wäre sozusagen noch das bisschen zum Perfekt. Es gibt eine Kisse Auswahl, fragt auf alle Fälle nach, könnte noch promotet werden im Zimmer durch einen Auftsteller auf dem Bett oder so.

Het afgesloten parkeerterrein is een beetje moeilijk te vinden omdat er vlak bij ook twee openbare parkeerterreinen zijn. Het zou fijn zijn als je vooraf een instructie krijgt dat je je bagage voor de B&B kan uitladen voordat je naar de parkeerplaats gaat. Het is een stuk lopen met zware bagage.
