Brilliant long weekend stay-thanks Daniela for being there with your local knowledge and support!

Breakfast was brilliant, even better than expected. Fresh bread, cheese and ham, juice, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals, nuts, joghurts etc…location right in the Center just 5 minutes walking distance to the lake front, but also very quiet.

Maybe a little shelving in the bathroom would have been nice, us ladies need storage for our beauty gear.

Beautiful & cozy B&B in the heart of Cannobio

Beautiful and cozy B&B, located in the center of Cannobio. Everything ambient and breakfast is done with a great dedication. lovely! Would book it again!

The bed was a bid too soft and you could hear the neighbors in their room when they went to the bathroom. Also opening the windows in the morning wasn’t a pleasure as the neighbors were smoking on their balcony and we smelled the smoke in our room.

Peaceful treasure near the Lagio Maggiore.

The host, Daniela, welcomed us with a warm hart. She was interested and helpful but not pushy. The room was comfortable and quiet although the house is in the middle of the village. Everything was spotless, like new. The breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit, yogurts, croissants, panini, cheese, salami ... We enjoyed the electric bikes and explored the wonderful Valle Connobina with the woods full of birds, the wild flowers, the authentic small villages, friendly people, old paths, little bridges and chapels. Bring along your helmet! Wonderful region to hike. Nice restaurants in Cannobio near the lake and in the surroundings.

It's a pity that you cannot drive peacefully with a bike from one village to another near the beautiful lake. There's only one main road for cars, a rather busy raod.

An outstanding place with a family atmosphere

The couple running the B&B are absolutely lovely. The breakfast is amazing and we fell in love with the interior. It was a dreamy and querky place in the middle of the old town and a top notch room and bathroom. We will be back!

Exceptional

The breakfast was very nicely prepared. For vegan option B&B Magnolia especially prepared vegan croissant with filled jam and coconut and soy milk. You can make as much coffee such as espresso as possible from coffee maker until breakfast is over at 10:00. The best part of our stay was the discount on boat rental, since the owner of B&B also owns the rental boat company at the bay down the street from B&B. We rented a boat for 2 hours and swam in the lake. Watching the Italian bicycle race from the water and circling around islands on the lake was definitely a highlight for our teenage child. If you are a family with a teenager who cannot keep his or her eyes off TikTok, I highly recommend this trip! The location is also great! It is in the middle of a well-preserved old town. It is quiet at night, so we could sleep very well and almost missed breakfast. We would love to come back very soon!!

Die Lage war super. Mitten im Zentrum. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Alle sehr freundlich. Abstellung vom Auto gut geregelt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Perfekte Unterkunft für ein paar erholsame Tage

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer in der Fußgängerzone. Absolut ruhig und sauber. Das Auto konnten wir in der dazu gebuchten Tiefgarage abstellen, die ca. 5 Minuten entfernt war. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Vermieterin Daniela war sehr nett. Wir kommen eventuell wieder.

Eigentlich hat alles gepasst. Es war ein bisschen hellhörig was aber nicht wirklich schlimm war.

Für uns eine perfekte Unterkunft.

Super zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Frühstück sehr gut ( Marmelade, Nutella, Wurst, Käse, Brötchen , Toast, Kekse, Kaffeeautomat, Tee, Obst) Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Parken in der Tiefgarage zum fairen Preis. Zum See, Bäckerei, Restaurants und Supermarkt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.

Nahezu perfekte Unterkunft in zentraler Lage, an einem der schönsten Orte am Lago Maggiore

Die Lage ist optimal, mitten im Zentrum dennoch sehr ruhig. Es sind nur wenige Hundertmeter zum See und Promenade. Daniela ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksraum sowie die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber.

Das Haus hat Charme und ist auch nett ausgestattet, jedoch kommt in die Zimmer nur wenig Licht/Sonne (bei dem Zimmer direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum könnte es vielleicht etwas besser sein), so dass es ziemlich ungemütlich kühl/klamm ist. Im Bad gibt es leider keine Heizung. Die Heizung im Raum funktioniert scheinbar nicht, gekühlt/geheizt muss über das Klimagerät werden. Wir hatten wettertechnisch durchwachsene Tage, auch mit Regen. Zum Wohlfühlen hätten wir die Klimaheizung im Prinzip durchlaufen lassen müssen. Die Kaffeebohnen für den Automaten dürften ruhig von kräftigerer Sorte sein, trotz höchster Intensität bei einem Espresso war keine Spur von einem Café italiano vorhanden. Ein Garagenplatz fürs Auto muss mit 10€ pro Nacht extra gebucht werden, ist aber akzeptabel, in Anbetracht der zentralen Lage. Dieser Parkplatz mit der privaten Tiefgarage ist ca.300 Meter entfernt.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft sehr sauber und komfortabel. Der Aussenbereich sehr schön. Daniela ist eine sehr liebenswerte Person. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt,: schlechter Internetempfang.
