I loved everything about it and will be back: next year there will be a pool as well!

A nice, clean and convenient place to stay. It is a short walk to the waterfront and restaurants.

After a bit of confusion (they had listed both us and the couple we travelled with as single occupants for breakfast), we got things straightened out and enjoyed our breakfast. The breakfast server didn't speak English, we didn't speak Italian. The chef, who spoke English, came out from the kitchen and got things straightened out. They seemed very eager to make our stay enjoyable.

The bathroom, like MOST of those in the different hotels we stayed at, was a bit tight.

Superb

The location was perfect! Your staff were very helpful and friendly. Was great that the front desk staff could communicate to us in English as we did not know any Italian. They were able to arrange transportation for us and also connect us with family living in Cannobio. All in all a terrific experience!

We ordered a bowl of soup in the evening, all it consisted of was chicken broth and spaghetti noodles and were charged 19 euros, we felt that was ridiculous and never ate there again other than the breakfast that was included.

Nice staff and a well positioned hotel. The place was in need of an update.

The room was separate from the rest of the hotel and at the ground level, making it convenient for taking the dog out. The staff were very friendly with us and especially our dog, welcoming her into the breakfast room and restaurant.

The noise from the room above. There was clearly no sound-proofing between floors. There also seemed to be a lot of noise from staff areas at the rear of the room and early in the morning when staff were getting things ready. The room was tired and needed to be updated. The shower was a tiny cubicle in a vast bathroom. The shower cubicle was in need of maintenance.

Wonderful hotel

Nice breakfast, very nice employees, nothing was to difficult. Location direct near to all the facilities, such as the lake, supermarket next door and all kind of restaurants.

Maybe the sink in the room, because it was to low for us and probably most of the Dutch people

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Cannobio

Super schöner Garten zum verweilen, Zimmer war sauber mit schönen großen Fenstern und sauberem Bad. Absolut freundliches Personal incl. der Chefin. Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und es wurde auch alles entsprechend aufgefüllt. Das dazugehörige Restaurant kann man auch entsprechend empfehlen. Bei schönem Wetter ist das Essen in dem herrlichen Gartenlokal ein Genuss. Die kurzen Wege an die Promenade und die Altstadt ist auch ideal. Die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage gleich nebenan ist natürlich auch perfekt. Können wir also nur empfehlen.

Guter Aufenthalt mit zentraler Lage – freundliches Personal und schöne Extras

Zunächst war das Hotel mit dem Auto-Navi etwas schwierig zu finden, was aber am Navi lag – von der Hauptstraße ist es gut ausgeschildert und daher eigentlich leicht auffindbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der großen Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel. Das Parkhaus ist geräumig und gut befahrbar. Praktisch: Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel. Die Lage ist zentral im Ort, in 2–3 Minuten ist man fußläufig an der Promenade – ideal für Spaziergänge oder Restaurantbesuche. Das Frühstück war gut, mit einer ausgewogenen Auswahl. Besonders schön: Man konnte im Vorgarten frühstücken, und am Abend die Gartenlounge nutzen, um draußen zu sitzen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, alles hat gepasst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein nettes Extra: Kostenloses frisches Wasser und Kaffee standen im Empfangsbereich zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt – gerne wieder!

Für ein paar Nächte völlig ok

Die Parkplätze im Parkhaus direkt nebenan sind super, die Lage ist super und der kleine Garten ist sehr sehr schön!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit behindertengerechtem Badezimmer, das war leider etwas umständlich, da alles sehr niedrig war (wir sind beide über 1,80m groß). Die Klimaanlage bläst direkt ans Bett, ohne Klimaanlage war es allerdings nachts nicht aushaltbar. Das Frühstück war sehr lieblos angerichtet, es gab wenig frisches Obst.

Schönes Hotel in Toplage

Sehr toller Garten, Parkplätze sind im angrenzenden Shoppingcenter vorhanden und inklusive, Kaffee und Wasser steht in der Lobby ganztägig zur Verfügung, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter,, der Weg zur Promenade ist kurz...deshalb kann es nachts ein bisschen lauter sein.

Schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, in wenigen Schritten ist man an der Promenade oder im Centrum. Lobenswert die kostenlose Parkplatzreservierung unterm Einkaufscenter. Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, sogar begehbarer Kleiderschrank mit genügend Bügel sowie Kühlschrank und Safe.

Das Frühstück war je nach Diensthabende nicht gut. Mittwoch war schlecht: Kaffeemaschine ging nicht, Eierspeisen kalt, Brot-Brötchen dick aufgeschnitten oder nicht vorhanden!

Jederzeit wieder

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Wunderschöner Garten zum verweilen. Frühstück und Nachtessen konnte im Restaurantgarten genossen werden. Hotel liegt so zentral, dass alles zu Fuss erreicht werden konnte.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel.Hier stimmt alles

Die Lage ist einfach super.Nach 50m die Treppe runter ist man direkt an der Seeuferpromenade von Cannobio.Besser geht es nicht.Dazu hat man am Hotel einen Tiefgaragen Platz .Einfach Top.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Es gibt absolut nichts zu meckern.Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut.Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr auf jedenfall wieder.Gebucht ist schon.

Sehr gutes Frühstück im schattigen Garten. Parkplatz in kühler Tiefgarage. Zentrale Lage, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man die liebliche Seepromenade.

Im rückseitig liegenden Zimmer war Lärm aus dem Restaurantgarten bis gegen Mitternacht hörbar
