I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend to other tourists!

The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with every detail needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the lake that we were travelling to the next morning. Most importantly, the host was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed.

The only minor issue was that the shower sink drained very slowly, but this didn’t take away from an overall excellent experience.

Centally located in the heart of Cannobio

Massimo, Arianna and family arw amazing. They coordinated and accomodated our need for an early checkin. Communication is exceptional. This is a lovely well situated apartment in the heart of Cannobio. We did self checkin from a received video, which helped guide us through the necessary steps upon arrival. They greeted us before we departed from our short stay and their sincere warmth made us wish we could stay a bit longer and share a bit of time with them. The apartment is impeccably clean, thoughtfully/masterfully laid out and supplied with all you require in a beautiful compact space with solid fixtures and just super well appointed. We used the refrigerator to store some cheese we were transporting. There were two sparkling waters in the refrigerator provided gratis, which hit the spot upon arrival. There was coffee capsules for espresso, as well as a variety of teas. The place is compact, yet feels spacious. I could imagine staying here on business or on leisure. The hosts recommended some places to eat and we felt if we had the need that they were always there for us. Understated, yet classic Italian warmth and hospitality. Modern ammenities in a historic Cannobio building with a shared and gated/enclosed courtyard area for those that want to take in the nearby outdoors in nice weather. Highly recommended for so very many reasons! Book with confidence and stay in beautiful Cannobio longer than we did. Among the very best in its class! Enjoy!!!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein charmantes mit Liebe eingerichtetes Zimmer. Super Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und absolut empfehlenswert. Wer am Sonntag abreist und noch auf den Markt möchte, ist in wenigen Gehminuten da und kann das Auto auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen - sehr grosszügig!

Das direkte Tageslicht/Sonne fehlt etwas, weil in einem Innenhof gelegen. Wenn es heiss ist, ist dies jedoch ein Vorteil.

Jeder Zeit wieder in dieser Suite oder ähnlich mit Massimo.

Wie hatten einen permanenten Kontakt mit Massimo dem Manager der Suit. Er hat uns per Video oder per WA immer Typs gegeben, wi was funktioniert. Einfach nur gut.

Einzig die Matratzen könnten etwas härter sein ;-) Ist aber auf einem hohen Niveau gejammert.

Bett sehr bequem. Tolles Badezimmer mit Regendusche. Ein privater Parkplatz stand direkt im Innenhof zur Verfügung. Haustierfreundlich. Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage.

Kein Fenster zum Öffnen. Blick von draußen direkt ins Badezimmer.

Super tolles Zimmer mit modernem großzügigen Bad in genialer Lage - jederzeit wieder !

Geniale Lage mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem recht ruhig, da zurück versetzt . Und -das ist wirklich toll: ein eigener fester Parkplatz im Innenhof der Anlage. Sauber, bequemes Bett, tolle Dusche , kleiner sehr hübscher Innenhof zum draußen sitzen. Sehr netter Kontakt zum „Verwalter“ der Wohnung

Was im Hochsommer sicherlich von Vorteil ist, ist im Herbst etwas kühl und dunkel : der Innenhof nimmt viel Licht und Sonne. Es fehlen ein paar Regalbretter, und/oder ein Kleiderschrank und ein paar Haken für Handtücher.

Für uns war diese Unterkunft Perfekt. Super zentrale Lage unmittelbar am See und ein gesicherter Parkplatz für unser Motorrad. Massimo ist ein außergewöhnlich netter Besitzer, der immer erreichbar ist und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Apartment ist top, alles da, was man braucht. Wir können es nur Jedem weiterempfehlen. Studio tout confort, magnifiquement placé

Super studio dans une jolie résidence donnant d'un côté sur la Collégiale San Vittore, et de l'autre côté, une rue piétonne commerçante descendante vers le lac (2mn) et sa promenade, de la très jolie petite ville de Cannobio Arianna et Massimo, les propriétaires, sont très gentils et accueillants Place de parking très pratique à l'intérieur de la résidence Pas de petit-dejeuner, mais aucun souci, compte tenu du nombre de cafés et restaurants tout à côté.

Rien...si ce n'est peut-être la TV, petite, et surtout, nous n'avons pas réussi à voir de chaînes italiennes, mais des dizaines de chaînes allemandes sans intérêt pour nous.

Location confortevole e comodissima al lago e al centro storico, con parcheggio compreso.

Sistemazione proprio in centro di Cannobio, con ingresso sia dalla strada statale 34 che da via Umberto I (area pedonale). Avevamo una camera con bagno al piano terreno di uno stabile ristrutturato da poco, completamente indipendente e comodissima. Pulizia ineccepibile, servizi efficienti, arredo moderno e nuovo; addirittura ti fanno trovare acqua fresca in frigorifero oltre alle classiche tisane e alla macchinetta del caffè espresso. Si può entrare nel cortile con l'auto e parcheggiare adiacenti alla camera. Locatore molto cortese e disponibile. La consigliamo sicuramente.

Saubere, neue, wundervolle Unterkunft mit einem wunderbaren Vermieter in Top-Lage!

Unser Vermieter war sehr nett, spricht sehr gut englisch und deutsch und ist auf alle unsere (sonder-)Wünsche eingegangen. Die Ausstattung (sogar mit Kühlschrank) ist für einen Kurztrip absolut klasse. Sogar einen Kühlschrank hat es gegeben. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Zum Supermarkt ca. 5 min. Zum Promenade ca. 3 min. Mit eigenem, abgeschlossenen Autostellplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Wir würden sofort wieder hingehen. Absolute Empfehlung.
