Excellent. Great coffee.

We were well-received by Aude and Rob when we arrived soaking wet with our bikes on the third stop of our "Loire en vélo" trip which was wonderful. The manoir is walking distance to two châteaux nearby and the big one in the heart of town. We had a large room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast was enjoyable, served with fresh jams, breads and small prepackaged cheeses.
Unfortunately there were no eggs at breakfast but it seems that other B&Bs in France do not serve eggs.

Everything it was absolutely stunning and in a perfect location easy to walk or drive to center ville Amboise, classic French feel in a storybook setting. Perfect location for exploring the Loire River valley.
I loved everything not one complaint and my family joined me a few days in and they also have no complaints

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host, Aude, was delightful, and the suite exceeded our expectations. The park was a wonderful surprise, and breakfast was a true pleasure to start the day with.
During our stay, Aude (as Rob was away) did everything to make us feel welcome: sharing stories about the place, offering thoughtful details, preparing delicious homemade jams, and giving us helpful advice on where to go.
There is nothing that come to our mind. It was a perfect stay.
You must have a car of course. We selected a location mid-way between Chambord and Chenonceaux castles

Great location and fantastic hosts. This was a great find and an excellent base to explore the Loire.

It is immaculate, and the most beautiful property and place of respite. The hosts are wonderful!
The breakfast was lovely but a few more choices other than bread and jam and packaged cheese and yogurt would be very much appreciated.

Beautifully renovated with character . Plenty of space for cars and a walk around the property and farm. A little hideaway.
Beautiful French breakfast and the hosts engaged and were lovely to talk to.
Would happily return and recommend to friends.

This is a lovely, serene, and spacious accommodation. The hosts are wonderful. Breakfast was exceptional. There location is good - a bit of a long walk to town but nice and quiet and away from the tourist bustle.
There is a small kitchen to store food, places to relax or eat outside of the room. Bathroom was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable.
Nothing. All was perfect.

It was off the beaten path and quiet, yet it was a short walk/drive to town. Aude and Rob were great hosts, very helpful with suggestions. They even made dinner reservations for us one evening.
The homemade jams for breakfast were amazing!

Wonderful stay. Staff were genuinely warm and helpful. They even let my daughter feed the llamas on the property - huge highlight. Rooms are charming and cozy, with lots of character. Peaceful grounds and a welcoming vibe throughout.
Nothing to note.

Aude and Rob were simply incredible. They went way and beyond any other place we have ever stayed in. My husband was sick and they went out of their way to look after us as well as organise a doctor appointment, and give us detailed instructions on how to get there. We did a little washing and hung in room - but they took them and hung on their own clothes line to dry then folded and brought back to the room. And…aside from being the best host ever the place was fabulous. It was way better than any photos - unbelievably quiet, beautiful setting, fabulous outdoor seating for that gin or wine alternative in the day. Just everything was perfect. We will be back!
Everything was great!

As soon as you arrive and see the garden & the house you know it will be a perfect holiday. Even though you are in Ambiose and two castles are in walking distance, you can enjoy a peaceful and quiet area due to the huge garden. The room and the bathroom are spacious and comfortable. If you like jams you will definetly enjoy the selection of home made jams for breakfast. Aude and Rob are excellent landlords, thank you for everything!

Authentic French country living. Gorgeous home, huge beautifully appointed room, walking paths around property, gorgeous white horses, alpaca. Nearby forest to walk or run. Feel like part of the family! Hosts are welcoming, helpful tips, great restaurant advice. Five minute drive by rental car into the center of town, but also an easy 20 minute walk. Town is small, so nice to get a little bit of both tourism and quiet country rest and relaxation’

It was an authentic Manor House and it felt like we were visiting relatives. The hosts were great and the place only had five guest rooms so we were able to sit outside at one of the several tables and enjoy a glass of wine and visit with some of the other guests. Our granddaughter enjoyed playing with the beautiful black cat who was very friendly.
It was a little difficult to find without navigation in our car and our wifi on our phones wasn’t working.

Fantastic hosts and charming atmosphere. 17th century chateau, so had an historic appeal. Large property to walk around in.
Breakfast was so-so compared to other properties we stayed at on this trip. Bed was rock hard, and it was felt in the morning. It bit far to walk to centre ville.

Everything was excellent - we would give it 11/10 if we could! The room was beautiful, the hosts Aude and Rob were so helpful and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious (especially the green tomato jam!) and the bed was super comfy. It was a lovely location - really peaceful and beautiful gardens but still very close to town. We will be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Manor de Maison Blanche. A wonderful setting and grounds. We felt like we were family rather than guests. We strolled through the property each evening and admired the flowers and fruit trees. The horses and Llama are an added treat. Great recommendations on restaurants in Ambroise. The room was ground floor and quite comfortable A pleasant visit with Aude, her mother, and Rob. We highly recommend a stay here. At their suggestion, we made a side trip to Chedigney to view the amazing flowers and roses in this charming town. Easy drives to Cheneceau and Chambord.

The hosts were very welcoming! The room was beautiful, and enormous compared to the tiny hotels we stayed in Paris and other places. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious, and we were greeted each morning by resident cats. We wished we could have stayed longer, and would definitely stay there again if we ever return to the Loire valley.

The Manor is located on a beautiful wooded property with horses, lamas and cats. Our room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was great! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was a short drive into the center of Ambroise and is walkable too. It is also a great location to explore the Chateau's in the area! We highly recommend staying at Manor de la Mason Blanche!!

The rooms were spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and linen. It was very quiet so we had an excellent night’s sleep.
In arriving we wanted a taxi to town for dinner and our host generously offered to take us in. We were able to call a taxi in the end but his offer was very much appreciated.
Breakfast was very nice and the cherry compote with yoghurt was a big hit with me.
We will definitely stay again as it is a great halfway stop between the Dordogne and the Chunnel.
Great hosts!

Rob (English) and Auld (French) were outstanding hosts and gave that wow factor by arranging their classic car owning friends to meet us, and to put us in contact with Daniel Gatay for a memorable wine tasting on the premises. The Manoir is a lovely place and located within a 25 minute walk of the delightful history bars and restaurants of Amboise old town. One of our best classic car travelling experience’s with friends.
Nothing at all

Our hosts were phenomenal. They were personal, friendly, helpful, and just salt of the earth folks. That’s my best rating. We traveled with friends and have done so for over 15 years literally around the world. This place was rustic and classy at the same time. Breakfast was in a sun room and was great. access was easy to the whole of the Loire Valley. We stayed a week and were in and out a lot, often gathering in a guest kitchen in the evening for wine and snacks. Our hosts were solicitous of our comfort and needs daily. Will try to move future schedules to get here again
We were here in mid March and was a bit chilly but not at all uncomfortable

The location is stunning with animals and nature everywhere. Annick is a very gentle hostess and makes you feel at home. Breakfast is very good with local products and homemade jelly. A must-stay if you enjoy connecting to people and nature.

Location was ideal, very quiet area but still within walking distance to the centre of Amboise (about 15 mins walk to Clos Luce). Beautiful garden to sit and look at while you relax in the evening. Annick very friendly and helpful. Private parking.
Nothing really.

Setting was very nice in a beautiful old farmhouse amongst trees and park like grounds. The property is very close (but not easily walkable) to the town centre.
The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We had a large room with private entrance and plenty of seating areas in the garden. There was a little kitchen for guest use.
