De ligging. Tevoet 15 min van de zee, 10 min van de haven en 1 min naar oude stad. Mooi terras met prachtig uitzicht.
Er zijn wil veel trappen te doen naar het verblijf. Maar dit is de geografie van Nice

Die Lage war herausragend. Die Wohnung war großräumig mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern, von denen eins noch über einen kleinen Balkon verfügt. Die Aussicht von dem Hauptbalkon war sensationell. Das Bad auf der ersten Etage war sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet.
Das Bad im Erdgeschoss war sehr sparsam ausgestattet (keine Haken für ein Handtuch).

The location was perfect. Lovely view from the terrace with comfortable table and chairs, Easy walking distance to the old town, the port, shops and restaurants, tram station and local buses.
Overall the apartment was well equipped. Appreciated the bottle of wine and snacks.
Agents responded to queries and did their best to assist.
We had some problems with access to get inside the main gates to reach our villa as we were a little early and had to wait for our keys.
We had some maintenance issues, lights not working (bulbs missing), sink not draining, sink plug missing which should have been checked prior to our arrival. Maintenance did attend but not all problems resolved.
The double bed was small and uncomfortable.(very firm mattress) Pillows could have been better but plenty of spare blankets and towels.
The twin room, the beds were just off of the floor and not comfortable.

De locatie is geweldig. Vrijwel alles is op loopafstand binnen 10 a 15 minuten te bereiken. Ook als je verder weg wil is de metro om de hoek en zijn veel busverbindingen binnen enkele minuten te bereiken. Je zit in alle rust dichtbij de oude stad. Het appartement was erg schoon en dat was fijn. Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement is prachtig en het is heel fijn om een wat ruimer balkon te hebben.
De kinderen sliepen niet echt op bedden, maar een alternatief soort bed. Dat was even wennen, maar ze hebben er redelijk op kunnen slapen. Het tweepersoonsbed is redelijk aan de krappe kant en heeft 1 laken.
