Très bonne literie, grand lit + oreillers très confortables. Nous avons apprécié le ventilo même si cela n'était pas suffisant par cette période de forte chaleur. Accès direct à un quartier populaire de nice (pleins de restaurants).
Manque un drap plat (Nous avons eu qu'un drap housse+dessus de lit). On s'en est passé car il faisait très chaud. Un tapis de sortie de douche serait un plus appréciable.

Great location, many restaurants and less than 1km from the beach, nice and friendly owner, we could not check in earlier, but it was possible to check out later about an hour. We got two blankets as requested.
Thin walls, moldy shower, flies and moths in the apartment, squeaky bed. No air conditioning (it was kinda hot inside). Ok for 2-3 nights max for 2 persons.
