Very enjoyable and relaxed stay

Lovely quiet location on edge of a mountain with amazing views. Also ‘mini’ outdoor lounges to enjoy the views over a drink.

The host and her partner are very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient for reaching the Old City of Perugia. The view is beautiful. The accommodation is clean and comfy

The breakfast was not great. The app mentioned "English breakfast"... nowhere close. We thought there should be a choice at least of a savory even just a croissant. Most people don't like a sweet breakfast. .

Thank you for everything ! People are lovely and we would love to go back in this beautiful place. If you are looking for a peaceness mind and full tranquillity then I really recommand this place. They also are really helpful and generous, to give you an idea, I felt sick and they did not hesitate to bring me at the hospital even if they live quite far from it. Anyway nice place to spend some times in italy.

No minuses - just hard to reach if you don’t have a private car.

The owner is extremely friendly and really nice. Place consists of several independent buildings with two rooms each. Each room has door to the different side of the building, so you don't disturb your neighbors. There is outdoor furniture in front of each room. Linen look more like for personal use rather than hotel-like, which prevents you from confusing your towel with your partner's one. Place is located on the slop of a hill, so you'll get a nice panoramic view from there. I highly recommend to have dinner in the place: that was the best investment for food and local culinary tradition experience we had. They serve dinner as they eat themselves, so if you're interested in what local people in Umbria eat for dinner, this is for you.

Staff doesn't speak English, so prepare your Google Translate. Owners keep dogs and cats, all are very nice, but be careful if you're allergic.

No much choice for breakfast.... the place is more like a renting room with bathroom. We stayed 5 nights and we had to ask the third day to get our fresh towels.

Schöne Lage des Anwesens mit schöner Aussicht.

Das Zimmer hat nicht den eingestellten Fotos entsprochen. Es gab auch kein Restaurant wie auf Booking com vermerkt. Mir wäre es wichtig gewesen, da wir nicht noch einmal außer Haus hätten müssen zum Essen. Die Bettwäsche hat ihre besten Tage schon lange hinter sich gelassen. Das Frühstück habe ich als sehr *lieblos* empfunden. Kein frisches Gebäck...nur abgepackter Zwieback. Keine Auswahl an Schinken oder Käse, lediglich 3 dünne Scheiben Speck. Alles andere in Plastik verpackt. Der Kuchen hat geschmeckt, evtl selbst gemacht. Auch der Kaffee war ein gerührter Milchkaffee...

Non ci siamo proprio...la camera fredda, ci abbiamo messo più di 3 ore per riscaldarla un po, le ragnatele erano ovunque, ho dubbi sul cambio di lenzuola, le coperte anni 80 ,la colazione mediocre...insomma da evitare

Le persone che gestiscono la struttura sono molto gentili e disponibili. La posizione è buona, in 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro a piedi. Sicuramente in estate è un posto bellissimo in cui stare. Colazione semplice ma buona!

La camera era fredda, abbiamo messo il condizionatore con aria calda impostata su 30 gradi per stare bene perché dalla porta arrivavano molti spifferi di aria fredda.

Struttura con vista incredibile in collina. Bella struttura, ottima posizione, a 10 minuti in macchina dal centro. Prezzo onestissimo. Laura meravigliosa, la sua crostata micidiale, vale la pena di andarci solo per quella ;)

Ottima posizione a circa 350 metri da una delle porte medioevali di accesso alla citta'. Host molto gentile e propositiva. Ambiente spazioso e pulito. Buona colazione. Parcheggio sicuro per moto.
