Loved this house. Very very peaceful place with lots of character and homeliness about it, shared bathroom has an excellent shower and perfect dressing gown provided. Host was obliging and friendly. If you want a quick break from city noise and nature around you this is the place. Thank you lots and hope this fabulous building stands for another 100 years plus.
Signage at the bottom of the road would be helpful for the taxis and those travelling by car when dark and a clear safer walking route to the airport would help this local business thrive! but I suppose this adds to the atmosphere and your spirit of adventure.

What a gem of a property. 1 mile from the airport Some beautiful restored features. Owner was a gentleman drove my daughter and I up too airport as we were leaving at 5 am. Would have loved to stayed for breakfast but start at a very reasonably 0730.
Shared bathroom but when you see the bathroom just stunning. So it make up for it.

Good value for money given that my schedule required me to stay near the airport and I was booking with only a few week's notice. Business card with taxi numbers proved very useful. Comfortable bed. Good shower.
No obvious way to get hold of staff, though appreciate that I was running on an odd schedule.
