The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and she was incredibly warm and welcoming. The food was delicious! A 10/10 which I rarely give for a rating.
Be mindful of the drive at night - L1014 and R480 are narrow roads and difficult at night. Travel during the day and it’s picturesque

Working farm, with children. Wonderful location
We like tea making facilities in room.

The room was large and comfortable. Details like water and glasses, extra towels and shower supplies were impressive. The windows opened and curtains were blackout.
It was nice having tea and coffee available in the dining room.
Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had on this trip.
I felt like the hostess/host could have been more available. Other properties checked in at the end of the evening to ensure nothing was needed. There was no one around when I left and I would have liked to thank them and let them know the ways they did shine.
The communal sitting room had very little seating for a full house

It was as charming and cozy and very clean
The roads to get there are narrow for a two way

The traditional Irish breakfast was fantastic. The beds were very comfy. The hosts were exceedingly friendly! Loved the Irish countryside view!
The L roads in Ireland are very narrow so as long as you are prepared for that you will be fine. We had a 9 passenger van and it was good if you went slow!

Eta and James were exceptional hosts and we were very pleased with our two night stay. Their home in the midst of their working family farm and the view from our room looked across farmlands to the Burren outcrops. Our cooked breakfast was very good and our room was spotless. Whilst a car is essential, we travelled easily to catch the ferry to Inisheer, walked the Doolin to Cliffs of Moher coastal path, dined at Monks in Ballyvaughan, and hiked the trails in The Burren National Park.

The house and the bedrooms are perfect. We loved the quietness of the place surrounded by animals. We spend the evening looking at the window and saw a fox, kittens.... In the morning, the Irish fry was delicious and we could hike on the hills around the house to discover the Burren.
Thank you very much for everything. It was such a pleasant time for us 🙏☘️🐑

Very welcoming hosts. Beautiful home set in the countryside with sheep in the field next door. Bright and spotlessly clean.
Nothing, it was idyllic!

We really loved this B&B, the breakfast was great, the owner very lovely, the nature around just beautiful and of course this cute sheeps definitely a highlight. Our room was very clean and big enough for two adult with a child.

Fabulous B&B, great value, big spacious room, clean and comfortable with a modern ensuite. This is a well thought out business with a lovely dining room and lounge for guests. A delicious breakfast and the hosts are very welcoming and friendly. One of our favorite B&Bs on our 3 week holiday.

Wonderful BnB. Quite isolated location that is perfect if you want to get away from the crowds. Amazing scenery.
Great place for a walk in the hills.

Offering the "mini-fry" was great as it's easy to overeat on the delicious food in Ireland!
Not having planned to stay another day here in The Burren! Seriously, nothing we didn't like.

Superb breakfast, Warm welcome. Suited our dog (slept in car) - marvellous walks. The owner's farm lane leads right into the Burren Rock countryside where the rock structures and associated vegetation can be viewed.
Superb visit overall.

The property was very clean and ran efficiently.
It was lovely to hear children around but don’t feel it’s a good idea to let them lead the way when checking in. The property was very clean but also a little sterile in atmosphere. It would also be good to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room.

Would have appreciated the use of having a TV.

Nice area. Building, room, and all around created with attention to detail. Comfortable bed with sweet linen. Tasty full Irish breakfast. One of the nicest accommodation I have ever been.
3 things NOK: noisy thin walls, and owner with his family living downstairs, every noise is going through. Running, screaming, and shouting owners kids all the afternoon which was made the stay unforgettable. Two separate taps for cold and hot water at the sink, as nonsense British invention.

Beautiful location with many great activities around. Nice room, amazing view of the surrounding fields, and excellent breakfast. Last but not least, charming hosts that even brought us along to feed the farm animals. Heartily recommended!

This place was wonderful! James and his wife are lovely. James was so sweet and we got to hold Petal Brown, one of the farms newest additions. We loved our stay! Such a beautiful property and the rooms were spacious and comfy. I would 100% recommend this place and hope to return as soon as possible.

We are so happy that Farmer James gave us a tour of the farm and let us see and play with all the baby animals, sheep, lambs- just born the day we arrived!!!
Also Ita and James and their adorable daughters made us the most excellent breakfast ever. The coffee ☕ was so delicious! As was all the hot, delicious food.
We liked everything.
