Just a lil pricey. But great value for the price!

Fresh and inviting. Love that this hotel has a bath in the bathroom which was enjoyed after long cycles around beautiful Burren. Shauna could not have been more welcoming & helpful, giving great advice regarding cycle tracks, swimming & places to visit.
We both wished that the bar was more cosy. Also maybe an electric car charger would have great, even for a small fee.

The whole stay was fantastic. We were treated with 2 times live music in the pub, which was incredible. The restaurant is very good, room comfortable, and the staff super nice and friendly. The breakfast is fresh cooked, so very much value for money .

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel was cosy, warm and clean. Family room was good size with a fine big bathroom and double shower. Food was very good. No pasta on menu but they accommodated for my picky 6 year old. Hotel itself great location right in the middle of the village.
The price but everywhere is overpriced at the minute.

The village of Ballyvaughan is beautiful and very picturesque. The hotel is very well appointed and in a great location at the heart of the village. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was substantial and the service excellent.
It would have been nice if the log burners had been lit in the bar. It was getting chilly and storm Amy had just hit and a roaring fire would have been a welcome sight.

There is nothing I can complain about. John and Shauna were so friendly and helpful for the two days we stayed there. You will not be dissapointed by the " Fish & Chips" as fresh as you can get. Wash that down with a pint of Guinness and you won't go wrong.

What a beautiful Lodge. From the minute we arrived we were greeted with the warmest welcome, Staff who showed us directly to our room which we thought was a lovely touch. The room was incredible we had two double beds which were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in we did not want to leave. A lovely touch of water in the rooms, beautiful array of tea coffee and a delicious choice of biscuits. The staff were very warm and welcoming we will most definitely be returning. Well done to all the team.
Absolutely nothing to fault only problem was it was only for one night

The people running this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large and perfectly clean. We wanted for nothing and would have stayed longer if our trip allowed. The location was very convenient to access multiple tourist attractions, and the accommodation had a car park for free which made it very easy to get around

The breakfast was good but very expensive. We made the mistake of not asking the price ahead of time and were surprised when we got the bill.

I like the fact that parking was available on the back of property. It may be different during peak season.
Since I recently twisted my ankle and not so mobile, I was grateful the lodge had a lift. Room 10 is right next to the lift and comfortable. Plus the lodge had a bar and restaurant.
I’m not sure, but the room had a slight smell (musty). I did noticed fuser in room as well as various areas at the lodge.
