A wonderful stay, convenient to Ballyvaughan, Aillwee Burren Experience and Burren College of Art

We were visiting our daughter at Burren College of Art and had a wonderful stay. The room was beautifully incredible, the breakfast was delicious with so much variety, and the host was so hospitable and so very helpful. Thank you so much!

It feels like a cozy countryside cottage. The breakfast couldn’t be fresher and was delicious.

Without a car, you need to rely on taxis to get to the center of town and there aren’t many available.

Wonderful lodging and host in the Burren. Highly recommended

Darren and his staff were fantastic. Breakfast was a wonderful spread, and plenty of good French press coffee was provided to help us over the jet lag.

This is a very convenient location - a short drive out of town and has decent parking. The decor is of a very high standard and we found it very quiet at night - great. The breakfast is presented very differently to your average hotel / B&B. An excellent range of bespoke items.

Great BNB in the beautiful rolling hills near the Irish Burren

Very nice accommodation situated near the beautiful Burren region and a short distance from the iconic Cliffs of Moher in Ireland. Our room was very comfortable with an excellent bed and bath area. The breakfast was exceptionally good and included fresh baked offerings and a host of wonderful local jams, cheeses, fruits etc in buffet style in a warm and inviting dining area with fresh coffee and teas. The hosts were very attentive and welcoming.

A wonderful place to stay while on the road, visiting Ballyvaughan and its surroundings. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious and in a pristine state. The staff was very attentive and discreet. Delicious buffet breakfast composed of local and homemade products.

expensive but worth this price

The host called at the appointed time to make sure I was arriving. It was actually a ground-floor apartment with a living room with a fireplace and a small refrigerator, a bedroom with a huge, comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Breakfast included a large selection of cold meats, cheeses, bread, fruit, yogurts, and homemade desserts. Clean, well-presented, and with soft music in the background.

A gem! Everything is perfect. And what make ma it special are the little details: expressing machine in the room with cookies, nice bathroom products, etc. The lodge itself is just beautiful and so well maintained. The breakfast is one of a kind everything is homemade and delicious. And finally the host: a kind and hard working man! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Charming stay with amazing local breakfast!

A wonderful place and an exceptional host. For us, it was a perfect stopover before visiting the Cliffs of Moher – close enough to drive there in the morning and explore before the crowds arrived. The room and the entire hotel were very clean. The breakfast was outstanding – delicious and made entirely from local products. We only wished we could have stayed longer than just one night :)

Very clean and a quiet location only 5 mins from local restaurant. Delicious breakfast with homemade breads etc. Spacious bedroom with a fridge and chilled water . Tea and coffee making facilities . Comfortable bed.
