    The Queens Hotel really knows the meaning of hospitality. I was treated with kindness and patience. I arrived quite late and wanted to add an extra day to my booking at the last minute. They made that happen graciously. The shower was devine. The towels and bed linens were luxurious. The coffee and tea setup in the room were just the touch to make me feel at home. Also the location is ideal for seeing the town, catching a live trad session or catching a bus to the airport. I would happily stay again. -Wendy Hayden

    It’s a very nice building, the staff were super friendly and there is a coffee shop/restaurant downstairs that is amazing! Very very close to town and i just loved it! We only stay for a couple of days but i would recommend it for longer stays too!

    The room was basic, clean and small but adequate. Unfortunately, another guest was blaring music at 2am. The front desk had left at 11pm, so I couldn’t report it; my call went to automatic hold music before eventually disconnecting. The lack of overnight front desk support is not a good practice.
