Breakfast was above and beyond expectations. Fresh and well presented, homemade yoghurt/granola, pastries, etc. Coffee and tea as well. Our host was warm and welcoming, helped us get the luggage upstairs (only 1 flight of stairs). Comfortable dining and living area.

Host Gerry really nice guy. Communal area quite nice. Breakfast very nice (no cooked breakfasts)
Bed linen not changed on double bed. Had to turn everything inside out🤮 Old wooden beds. Cheap and ugly covers. Our room very dated and not bright and clean as in the picture. Floor rug looks grimey. Cable hanging out of the wall. No tv in room. Broken shower holder and loose toilet seat. Feels like a poor relative’s bedroom. Definitely not 4 star worthy. And definitely not worth €150 per night. Perhaps €90 max.
