Checking in was great. No issues. Looks like they’re are some renovations happening, but it didn’t disrupt my stay. Great to see it’s getting some TLC. Will be nice when it’s finished.

We stayed here for just one night, and that was more than enough. The room was completely run dowb, falling apart and depressing, but at least it looked somewhat clean, so I bit my tongue. The shower? Freezing cold or lukewarm at best. I told the front desk, and while they were “friendly,” nothing was actually done. The next morning, I asked if the manager was informed, and they basically shrugged it off, saying since we refused maintenance (after already suffering through the cold shower), there was nothing they could do. So here’s the truth: the room was a dump, the water was awful, and the customer service was useless. Don’t waste your money at this hotel.

This property looks nice on the outside but inside it’s very old and dirty. The bed was uncomfortable as it is worn out ( had a huge dip in the middle and creaks). The bathroom was outdated, carpet in room was very dirty.

Room was on ground floor close to all amenities which was good for 2 over 80s. Staff were very helpful and friendly and answered any of our concerns immediately. All good.

Staff in general were good but the experience of breakfast very disappointing. Hard to fun a table that has been cleared, cleaned and relaid. In fact we had to lay our own. Shortage of cutlery, plates and glasses. Empty food trays including bread. Staff very slow to clear tables and some very miserable looking. Poor quality bacon. Coffee dispenser failed to work. Have stopped here many times before Will not return.

We had a great stay on our Honeymoon! We checked in and was greeted by friendly Hannah, and Isabel! They gave us a honeymoon gift that was unexpected and touched our heart, making our stay extra nice! Housekeeping Samira was wonderful too. thank you!
