The hotel was lovely and quiet, couldent hear anything at night which meant we had a very restful two nights, the hotel was spotless, the breakfasts were very good, a nicer bar would be lovely, dident find it very comfortable, but that would be the only thing , so we dident drink there any of the two night, I think a nice cosy bar is very essential in an hotel, the hotel down the street had a lovely roaring inviting fire

The bar area, it wasent cosy or inviting I'm afraid, there was lovely seating area during the day, but when we went down at night to have a few drinks it was closed up, dident like the bar that was opened so therefore we went down the street to an hotel with a beautiful open fire

the layout of the hotel makes it very difficult to find your room and its extremely spread out, the rooms were basic and certainly not warranting the cost. the breakfast was fine but nothing special large buffet.

The hotel is in an excellent spot in Lahinch. It has a lovely decor and everything is well maintained. It is a spacious hotel but still has a cozy and comfortable feel to it. Various seating areas, great bar and a fantastic breakfast selection. The bedroom was beautifully decorated.

The bathroom could do with some modernisation. The doors were faded and slightly stained. Shower over the bath was small, mainly because the grab bar was large and took up space. The shower curtain didn’t work so well so the bathroom floor got very wet. Not the best shower but there was lovely shower gel, shampoo and lotions provided unfortunately there was a big crack in the sink. The room got very hot at night but the window only opened about an inch which I understand. Maybe a fan?

Perfect Location

The location is perfect, the staff were friendly, there was free parking at the hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean (we had the 2 bed room and the standard double room). I would recommend this hotel if visiting Lahinch.

The coffee machine in the 2 bed room didn't work, and the lift also wasn't working which meant we had to carry our suitcase down 2 flights of stairs. But overall I would 100% stay again if I was visiting Lahinch.

Suite was ideal for family. Spacious and spotless clean. Excellent located beside Leisure Centre . Comfortable spacious Suite and double rooms. Sadie the lovely waitress in Restaurant was so friendly and professional . She is an asset to this hotel. With excellent Guest relation skills and she has the ability to acknowledge the Guests request in a pleasant and efficient manner .10/10

On check -in one of the Receptionist spent more time than required discussing Wexford strawberries with person at desk. Delaying other Guests checking in

Great hotel, good valie, great staff and excellent location

Thought the suite was really spacious, bright liked being on the ground floor easy access to the car park and lots of spaces. The pool was well managed and the gentleman working there was kind and friendly. Loved the reception area on arrival and the beautiful aroma of all the ritual products around the hotel. We ate in the hotel on Friday eve and the staff was really attentive and the food was lovely. The hotel Is located in a great spot too right in the centre of town so no need for cars with direct access to the beach and shops. As a family we have promised to return

Lovely hotel despite lack of sleep

Location and staff were exceptional

No air con in the room, very warm weather so found it hard to sleep in temperature of the room. Very noisy from room above with the guests just walking around, loud ceiling noises with the slight movement upstairs

We loved the comfort and thoughtfulness of the hotel and staff. The location was great. Close to the beach. Breakfast buffet was great. The bar was a comfortable place to sit for a drink after dinner.

Staff were lovely, room was clean, location excellent, parking was easy

Our room was on the first floor overlooking the smoking patio, so we got a ton of cigarette smoke blowing in the windows. We wanted to have them open because the room was hot and there was no air conditioning. We asked for a fan but there were none on hand. We had hoped to use the hotel gym but it closed at 8pm and didn't open until 9, which made it impossible for our schedule.

Top quality hotel in a wonderful location

Cannot fault this hotel. Friendly, attentive staff, excellent buffet breakfast, fantastic location, clean spa and pool, good sized room, lots of parking.

It was a weekend, so understandably some of the guests were a little loud upon returning to their rooms after a night out. This wasn't the fault of the hotel, who had made a point of putting signage up along the corridors asking for quiet.

The location was excellent very close to pubs and within a reasonable distance of the cliff of moher. The breakfast was excellent the buffet was perfect. The staff were exceptional! They were so helpful and very polite.

Lovely and relaxing but breakfast over priced

It was comfortable, clean and staff were great especially a guy called Mark who worked in the bar/restaurant

It was very warm which made it hard to sleep and also we felt the breakfast price was very high as a result we ate elsewhere on the 2nd morning There was also noise from the niteclub nearby on the Saturday night

Lovely room layout. We had the family suite and ideal for family of 5. Location was excellent, right on the beach and weather was perfect.

In my opinion we paid a fair price for the room and I think breakfast could have been included.
