Nice first experience of Split. We will return in the future.

Good room with possibility of cooking your own food and breakfast. 15 minutes walk to Split centre and closest beach just 5 minutes walk. Good free parking close till the apartment. We walked to castelet beach, nice pebble beach. Nice clear water.

Excellent Stay

The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. Nena was a wonderful host, very responsive, and provided clear instructions, even kindly allowed us to leave our car in the private yard after checkout. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for active tourists

Great location. Friendly and responsive host. There's everything you might need during your stay, especially if you want to prepare your own food and wash your clothes.

It could be cleaner. Apartment needs some repairs. A small reading lamp at the bed would be nice.

Superb

The apartment is really well equiped. You will find everythig you need there. There is a table on front of it, where you can enjoy your coffee. Parking is provided, so you dont need to worry about finding a vacant spot free od charge. We liked the quick and convenient check in, too. We felt comfortable in the apartment, with total privacy, we could take the most of our stay on Split.

It was difficult to watch the tv as it was situated very low. There was a little problem with the temperature of the water. It would get cold very fast, so the shower needed to be real quick.

Apartamento mais amplo que o comum. Boa cozinha. Espaço para malas e refeições. Tudo funcionando certinho. Por ser térreo com estacionamento do ladinho, fácil descarregar e carregar malas. Boa localização, 800 metros do início da cidade antiga (centro). Dá para ir a pé sem problema.

Apartamento com pouca luz natural. Área externa privativa devassada, o lado negativo de ser térreo.

Prostran apartman koji ima vlastiti parking. Nažalost, čistoća nije bila na nivou.

Apartman je prostran. Ispred apartmana se nalazi parking, tako da se o parkingu ne treba brinuti. Položaj apartmana je zadovoljavajuć, 15ak minuta šetnje do centra. Dogovor s vlasnicom je bio lak kao i ulazak u apartman.

Nažalost, apartman nije bio čist. Prije dolaska gostiju, očekujem da se apartman bar usisa, a bilo je vidljivo da apartman nije bio usisan jer su na podu i na drugim površinama bile vidljive mnogobrojne dlake. Da je to bilo par dlaka prešla bih preko toga, ali ovo je zbilja bilo previše. Dlake su se nalazile i u kupaoni i u kuhinji i u dnevnom prostoru. U kuhinji ih je čak bilo i na radnoj plohi. Žao mi je što moram pisati ovakvu recenziju, ali takvo je bilo zatečeno stanje. Kako vidim po drugim recenzijama, apartman je bio čist...možda se ovaj put zalomilo. Ne znam što bih rekla.

Predivan objekt, prostran, odlično opremljen. Odlična lokacija. Moguće je šetnjom doći do centra grada, nešto više od 20 min. Sve pohvale. Pred kućom je besplatno privatno parkirno mjesto.

Passable Unterkunft in Zentrumsnähe von Split

Die Unterkunft verfügte über eine gute Lage zur Innenstadt und zur Marina sowie einen Stellplatz.

Das Bett knarzte bei jeder Bewegung sehr laut. Ebenso störte die Lautstärke des Kühlschranks in der Nacht. Ausstattung war recht veraltet. Die Badezimmertür lässt sich nicht schließen.

Todo hermoso, súper cómodo y muy bien ubicado. La anfitriona atenta a todo, nos dejó ingresar antes al apartamento. Lo recomiendo y sin duda volvería.

Vrlo ljubazna i profesionalna gazdarica. Objekat je bilo jednostavno pronaći putem Google Maps. Apartman izuzetno čist i opremljen do najsitnieg detalja kako bi boravak u njemu bio što ugodniji. Velika prednost je vlastiti parking, kojeg je u Splitu vrlo teško naći (čak i ako je u pitanju opcija sa plaćanjem). Vrlo lijepa bašta ispred sa stolom na kojem se može popiti kafa, čaj, ili doručkovati. Do centra Splita se stiže vrlo jednostavno, 15-20 minuta hoda laganom šetnjom.

Nemam zamjerki.

Siamo stati bene, ottimo appoggio per visitare la bellissima Split

Stanza dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per un paio di notti. Posizione strategica se non si vuole alloggiare nel caos del centro ma si preferisce la tranquillità, comunque il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 minuti. Mentre per quanto riguarda le spiagge bisogna raggiungerle in auto oppure con taxi
