Great location - 10 minute walk into the old town, close to supermarkets and easy buses to the beach Clean Well equipped Lovely balcony

Bathroom was a bit small No AC unit in main bedroom, but the fan is good enough

Günstige Lage, 10 Gehminuten zur Altstadt, 15 zu Riva und Hafen. Ruhiges Wohngebiet. Ausstattung ist sehr angenehm. Viele kleine Extras. Das Apartment bietet das, was man für den Preis erwarten kann. Kann ich empfehlen.

Das einzige große Manko ist das Bad. Absolut winzig (nur rund 1,5 qm). Da muss man schon sehr gut organisiert und koordiniert sein.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location for exploring Split. A special thank you to our host, Ela, who was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Communication was excellent, and everything was exactly as described. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

It has good location, as it’s walking distance from Split historic center. Though the neighborhood is not picturesque. It was clean and had many appliances. The host sent me clear instructions to check in in the morning, but did not share the right address; the address listed in booking is not the same one, so we initially went to a different location close by.

The bathroom and the bedroom are too small. To enter the bedroom, as the bed takes most of the space, I had to walk sidewards; I couldn’t walk normally inside the bedroom nor change clothes normally as there’s very little space to move. I had to change outside in the living room. I think having the minimum basic space to move is key to feel comfortable inside an apartment. The same problem with the bathroom. Too small, which made it totally uncomfortable. It’s listed as having public parking available, but the area is chaotic and all the cars are parked anywhere (look at the photos in Google Maps), so finding a spot is very hard.
