The appartment is small but well equipped and comfortable. It’s 10-15 minutes walk from the city center and 20 minutes ride from the beaches. The neighborhood is quiet. In general I liked it very much and they allow pets!

-cozy studio apartment with powerful A/C (that we were happy to have) that makes you feel welcome and at home right away -the host ist the sweetest person, helpful with every question you have for her and offers fast solutions 👌🏻 -the apartment is in a max. 15 min walking distance to Splits old town and beaches, therefore the car is not necessarily needed throughout your stay -neighbourhood is 100% dogfriendly

Location was fantastic Close to supermarket 2 restaurants close by Staff were lovely Positive messages on the walls Bedroom was a good size Tall ceilings Beautiful balcony views of the sea Easy access to beach and boardwalk

Tv does not work properly and is tiny No working batteries in remotes Bathroom door does not shut properly Bathroom door has no lock Bathroom window needs repair Balcony door does not lock Balcony metal curtain rail is not secure Interior very dated throughout Bed springs wake you up when u turn over Some plug sockets don't work Tiled floor is uneven and in places sharp Kitchen old and ugly Living space tiny
