Wonderful place

We are very grateful to the owner of the apartment, Mrs. Maja, for the wonderful conditions: the nice arrangement of the room, providing us with all the necessary household appliances, many products and even mosquito repellent. Everything is very clean. The apartment is an autonomous part of the house. The small green courtyard was also completely at our disposal. There are mosquito nets on the window and the door to the yard. Contact with the owner was very simple - via WatsApp. All this was a wonderful addition to the warm sea and sunny Split. We will try to return to this wonderful place.

A very relaxing, peaceful place to stay.

The apartment was really lovely. It is located 1 km from the old town and 4 minutes walk to the beach. It’s an easy walk to the old town where there are so many restaurants to choose from. The apartment is really well setup with everything you need and absolutely more. We found it so relaxing and very peaceful. Maya is fabulous, she made us very welcome, explained where everything was like the beach and so on and gave us great recommendations for dinner. I rate this as a 10 for a great place to stay.

peacefull and well stocked

The property is beautiful and spacious, it has everything you need and even stuff you maybe forgot at home so your stay can be stress free. Very helpful and accommodating host. The apartment is on the ground floor so it doesn't get too hot which is perfect in the summer time.

Great property with lovely host.

The property was lovely. It had every thing we needed and the cycles were an added bonus. It is a short 10 minute walk into Split old town but even better was the cycle ride to Marjan forest and the beaches. The property was very comfortable and had a very nice garden. A bonus is a washing machine. Maya our host was great and gave us recommendations for restaurants. Would recommend.

Wonderful stay in a well equipped home.

Maya offers a beautiful home and garden to stay in. The apartment had everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home. The garden courtyard was so relaxing to have a cup of tea in. We really appreciated the bikes and helmets provided to explore town. Maya was very responsive to our messages which made for an easy check in process and she even made the effort to provide us with information on back up free parking spaces available close to the apartment in case street parking was full. We would return again if ever in Split 😊

We loved Split and were very happy with our accommodation.

The apartment was comfortable, conveniently located and perfect for a couple wishing to explore Split’s ancient heritage, open spaces and beaches. We wanted for nothing. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. It’s was like being at home. The owner was prompt in responding to questions and in providing advice on things like public transport. She could not have been more helpful.

The apartment and garden were delightful, clean, airy and open, with creative and cute interior decorating and everything you need to make you feel at home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with nice neighbors around-- the perfect pad from which to explore Split. Maya was an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and had a pleasant and safe stay in Split. This is the cosiest and the most home-like apartment I have ever had in my whole traveling life! Neet details everywhere warms the heart and makes you feel safe and happy as if you would be having vacation at your beloved grandma's house!... 💖😇 Additional words must be told about the host of the apartment - Maya! Lovely place to stay

The apartment is a short walk from the centre of Split & the beaches, and was perfect place as we were able to park our car on the street for free outside the apartment. The apartment is lovely with a beautiful garden, with all the amenities you need. Maya met us for the check in process and gave us a lot of good tips for things to do / see / places to eat. We would happily stay here again and recommend this place to anyone coming to Split.

Lovely and peaceful accommodation close to city center

The accommodation was totally fantastic - Maya is a great host and was awaiting us at the agreed time. The place was really clean, cozy and with lovely location just 15 minutes by walk to the center but still in a very quiet area. There was also no problem to park the car in contrast to streets which were just a little closer to the city center. It is a really ideal spot for discovery of Split but also chill by the beaches. Also Maya was very friendly and gave us useful tips for trips and restaurants nearby. Thank you for the accommodation and we would be very happy to visit it again.

I couldn't even imagine that I would find my oasis of peace in the center of such a busy city ... I fell in love with this beautiful garden so much that I would like to stay forever ❤️...The apartment is nice, clean, quiet and well equipped. The host is very friendly and kind. Fantastic location very close to the beach. Clean and well equipped. Very comfy bed. We loved a breakfast and barbecue in the full privacy of beautiful garden. The host Maja was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Apartamento cuidado, limpio y lleno de detalles, incluido un fantastico jardin y un par de bicicletas a tu disposición por si te quieres mover. Un magnifique pied à terre à Split tout confort et au calme du centre-ville

L’accueil de Maya (même si on ne s’est jamais vu!), l’agencement et les équipements de l’appartement, le petit jardin et la décoration. Bravo !

Un petit peu loin du centre-ville à pied (15/20 minutes ) mais nous le savions à l’avance. Les vélos étaient un plus mais le parc Marjan était fermé à cause de la tempête alors nous n’avons pas pu en profiter.

Wunderschönes Apartment, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für Reise und Alltag benötigt. Es war ruhig, sauber, und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Habe ich noch nie so erlebt :) Alles hat super funktioniert, wie WLAN, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Garten mit Wäscheleine etc. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen!

Das Parken war nur am Gehsteig in der Straße des Apartments möglich, da dort schon recht viele Autos waren, war es recht eng. Dafür ist es aber gratis.

Tout est sur place. On se retrouve comme chez soi. Maya est très attentive à ce que tout se passe bien. Il y a tout dans le logement: de quoi cuisiner, une superbe salle de bain un très bon couchage! C’est formidable !
