It's compact, clean studio with everything you need, fully equiped kitchen, appartment is the most suitable for one person, though might be two, butit's not very spacious. The city centre is close, Papagalo school for students is just 2-3 min away on foot. There is a bus stop very close to the entrance to an appartment, there are some shops nearby. There is a hairdryer, an iron with the ironing board, which were really useful. The drink in the fridge was pleasant surprise, thank you! Diana was very kind, helpful and communicative

There are some problems with the shower-the sewer is clogged and the water is rising quickly. I also missed the blanket, there was only the bedspread, so it was a bit cold at night.

The property was a walking distance to Poljud Stadium, old town and Riva. It had everything that is needed: dishwasher, washer, iron, ironing board, beach and rain umbrellas etc. Also, it was very clean plus the owner offers a cleaning service every three, four days if requested.

The apartment is a little small (studio) but has ample of storage space.
