Relaxing and within walking distance of the old town and a beach.

Made to feel very welcome. Owners were extremely helpful advising on places to visit and how to get there. Modern bathroom and comfy bedroom. Small but adequate kitchen.

Although it didn’t detract from our enjoyment of, there was a children’s playground close by.

A hidden Jewel - 20 minute walk to old town Split

Ranka and Zoran were exceptional hosts - from coming to get us when we couldn't find their home, to having beers with us in the shade of their back yard and taking us to their favorite coffee shop - they were kind and generous. They gave information and directions freely, made sure we had all we needed and were very respectful to give us our own space. Our apartment was cozy and comfortable and we loved the outdoor deck area for breakfast, drying laundry or getting afternoon sun. The hosts were charming and interesting and our language differences were easily managed as they eagerly speak English. By the time we left, we felt like they were long-time friends. Their place is at the end of a gravel road beginning just next to a soccer field. Google maps can't pinpoint it. Zoran provides a photo on the description. Don't hesitate phoning him for instructions- the privacy and wooded surroundings are well worth the effort! A 20-minute walk takes you to the Riva.

Just the initial confusion on finding the entry road- easily resolved when Zoran came to fetch us.

would recoment, we were also here to go to the ultra festival and the owners did not inflate their prices like everyone

The people renting the place out were extremely nice and were very kind and also helped us with some car trouble. They gave us a parking spot in the shadow while their car was on the sun. The balcony was great and also the person sleeping on the sofa slept very well.

Nice location and can easy walk to city center and nature area. Warm welcome by Zoran and Ranka with clear city information and rephrase drink

Internet connection is not always fast. A small thing to improve, all others are perfect.

Good location. 18 minutes walking to the Old Town. 10 minutes to the local beach. To the supermarket Tommy 550 m or 7 minutes walking. Parking in front of appartment. Large balcony-terrace with 2 shezlongs, 1 sunbrella...

It is a little bit tricky to reach the gate. But the host sent us very clear instructions and met us personally on the road and let us to the gate. So it would not be a problem. There are lots of private parking spaces.

Booked in here for 3 nights whilst in Split and found the apartment great for 2 people. Nice and clean, good shower, functional kitchen, nice balcony with a bit of a sea view. 15 minutes stroll to the old town, 5 minutes down to the harbour. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a Lidl over the road. Zoran was a excellent host and even gave us a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift Great stay, nice and quiet

Kleines, feines Appartment mit Balkon und Liegestühlen. 2 Herdplatten zum kochen und vollständig mit Geschirr ausgerüstet.

De beste gastheer en -vrouw ooit gehad!

Heel warme gastheer en gastvrouw. Een heel fijn contact. Heel behulpzaam om ons te introduceren tot de mooie omgeving van Split. Ook door hen Kroatische cultuur en gewoontes geleerd. Sterk aan te raden! Rustig buiten de stad maar toch op wandelafstand van de stad en strand.

Appartement bien situé et confortable.

L'appartement est bien situé. Les moyens de transports sont accessibles à pied en 20 min ( gare routière ou ferry) L'appartement est proche du centre ville. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de Zoran et de sa femme, toujours disponibles pour vous renseigner. Un grand merci !!

Super lokalizacja w pobliżu Wzgórza Marjana. Polecam dla osób aktywnych. Pełno ścieżek do biegania wzdłuż morza i piękne plaże. Właściciele przemili i bardzo pomocni.
