Quiet and Convenient Base Near Perugia

The apartment makes a very good impression. The host responds quickly and is very helpful. Kitchen is small but is enough for stay of 2 person. It is located about a 15‑minute drive from the old town of Perugia, in a quiet area. The location is excellent for visiting Perugia by car, as well as the beautiful surrounding towns such as Assisi, Orvieto, Arezzo, Gubbio, and even Siena.

A nice convenient place to stay.

Nice spot close to Perugia, Spello, Assisi, Spoleto, and Panicale. Nice restaurants close by and coffee and pastries just down the street. A wonderful bakery is just around the corner. The back yard was nice and pleasant.

Nice place and convenient starting point for trips around Umbria.

Il Cortile delle Rose is a very nice holiday house. I liked the location which was a perfect starting point for exploring beautiful Umbria. Close to the property are bakery serving delicious sweets and coffee, winery and yau can find small pizza places. The holiday house was very nicely furnished, clean and the kitchen was equipped with all essential’s. The host (Alessandro’s father) was very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to visit, places to park… The air conditioning was working perfectly, which was essential. because we were there during a heat wave, beginning of August. We can highly recommend the place.

Beautiful location on the outskirts of Perugia

The two-story accommodation was really nice and clean, with a small kitchen / dinning area & dressing & bathroom downstairs and a comfy bedroom upstairs. The location is just outside Perugia, so if you arrived by car (or rented one) it takes 10 minutes to reach the historic center (bus options are not that great). It's also a very convenient location if you plan to visit Assisi, Gubbio or the Montefalco wine region. Parking is available very close to the property - and so are several shops to buy bread (great selection at Faffa!), pizza or fresh fruit. We didn't have breakfast included - but nearby (3 minute walk) you have Gionangeli, a superb pastry shop that opens at 6:30 AM and serves exceptional coffee & croissants.

There are several housing units at the property (with the yard being shared) - and, depending on who is simultaneously renting the accommodation, you can clearly hear any partying going on.

Gli spazi del cortile delle rose sono molto accoglienti, lo spazio all'aperto, con la possibilità di mangiare fuori, la casa è spaziosa, il bagno e la camera puliti e ordinati. Aldo è stato un oste gentile e disponibile. Intorno il paese dispone di tutti i servizi.

I costi dei servizi aggiuntivi li abbiamo valutati alti (vasca idromassaggio e parcheggio interno custodito)

Struttura molto accogliente. Arredata con cura, bel giardino, vicinanza ai luoghi più belli dell'Umbria.

Un endroit calme près de Perouse

Le cadre, le calme, la proximité de Perouse, un parking sécurisé pour 5 euros.

Équipement de cuisine minimaliste, pas de cafetière de micro-ondes, toaster... et plus que 2 verres seraient les bienvenus. A l'occasion de nos 3 jours nous aurions aimé un changement de linge de toilette.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Garten in günstiger Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung

Aldo hat uns jederzeit wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Der Garten war gemütlich und man konnte sich gut darin erholen. Wir hatten das mittlere Haus und es hatte alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. In nahe gelegenen Geschäften konnte man sich versorgen. Wir fanden die Wohnung für Ausflüge in die weitere Umgebung günstig gelegen.

Eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit gibt es zwar schräg vor der Unterkunft und im Ort, doch muss man Glück haben, wenn sie verfügbar ist. Darum haben wir das Angebot von Aldo angenommen, einen Parkplatz im abgeschlossenen Hof der Unterkunft anzunehmen. Allerdings mit Zusatzkosten. Sonst hat uns alles gefallen.
