Superb

We loved our time at Lucca Guest Apartments. It was the perfect stay if you want to feel like you're at home, but also be in close driving distance to Lucca town. Francesco was the most friendly and welcoming host - he even picked us vegetables and herbs from his lovely garden! I would 100% recommend staying here if you're after an authentic spot in Tuscany.

The only thing that could've improved our stay were fly screens on the windows so that we could leave them open at night and also some extra amenities in the kitchen to help with cooking e.g. a tea towel and dishwashing detergent.

Peaceful

Amazing view, relaxing, beautiful... The house is spacious. Two bedrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom. Hospitality of the owner's father was top! He was kind and always ready to help. He shared some typical food, he offered vegetables from his own products. Molto gentile!!! I think the kitchen tools were enough to prepare any meal. The bed linens, towels were quite clean and overall house cleaning was fair enough. The position is perfect to move around, just 15 minutes to beautiful Lucca and about half an around from the sea..

Zanzare! The mosquitoes were terrible. If there were some mosquito nets on the windows and doors, it would be great! Otherwise, it is not possible to open the windows during the night to get fresh air in August. The patio door was stuck and could not be open easily. My partner had to force it to open each time!

Traumhafte Aussicht

Am meisten haben wir den traumhafte Ausblick genossen. Der Vermieter stand für alle Fragen per WhatsApp zur Verfügung und hat auch immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Der Vater des Vermieters war immer Vorort und immer sehr nett. Er hat uns mit Köstlichkeiten aus seinem Garten verwöhnt.

Es war nur oberflächlich sauber und einige Kleinigkeiten sollten repariert werden wie zum Beispiel die Tür zur Terrasse.

Echt geen warm welkom

Het huisje staat op een bijzonder mooie lokatie. De omgeving brengt je echt tot rust. De vader van de eigenaar is erg vriendelijk.

Het extrieur van het huisje kwam in zn geheel niet overeen met de foto's. We dachten in eerste instantie verkeerd te zijn. Buiten was het zeer rommelig en voelde niet als een warm welkom. Voorbeelden daarvan; tuinslang lag dwars over het terras, veel onkruid, keukentrap midden in de tuin met zakken aangebroken tuinaarde, afval van de vorige huurders stond nog buiten. Tuinmeubilair had zn beste tijd gehad. In het huis was het beperkt schoon gemaakt "vies en stoffig". De badkamer was schraal ingericht, waar we niet eens een handdoek op konden hangen.

Super fijn verblijf!

Fantastische plek met prachtig uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer op locatie! Erg mooi en compleet huis met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Lekkere zitjes buiten. Wat een rust hier 's nachts! Zo lekker geslapen dat ik heb gevraagd of ik een extra nacht kon blijven en dat was gelukkig mogelijk.

Wat optrekkend vocht in de muren. Maar het is dan ook een authentiek huis.

L'esterno del casale: lo spazio esterno; la veduta; il silenzio; i monti e la campagna; le galline e il gattino.

Molto sporco e polveroso all'interno della casa tutta, nulla escluso. Mancanza di sostegno per asciugamani (da adattarsi quindi con sgabelli o altro). Una lampadina fulminata nella mia camera. Cassetti polverosi. Mattonelle della doccia visibilmente non puliti dagli usi degli ospiti precedenti. Cassetto di un mobile inutilizzabile perchè crollato. Altri cassetti polverosi. Come accumulo di polvere sui pavimenti e soprattutto dietro comodini, divani e letti; su abat jour. Piccolo nido di vespe sotto l'ombrellone all'esterno, secchio della immondizia non pulito dagli usi precedenti, vetri con impronte di mani, una bella ed ampia porta utilissima da tenere aperta per l'estate e arieggiare, difficile da aprire per notevole attrito su pavimento e piena di nidi di vespe cartonaie alla estremità superiore. Accumulo di grasso e polvere sotto il frigorifero. Per il resto...fate voi. Contraddizioni nella spiegazione per il ritardo della consegna della chiavi.

Prachtig gelegen huis met mooi uitzicht.

Centraal gelegen tussen Lucca en Pisa. Veel wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt. Mooi gelegen huis met fraai uitzicht. Erg aardige buurman, vader van de eigenaar, die ons hartelijk ontving! Fijne bedden.

De tafel buiten is echt aan vervanging toe. De banken in de woonkamer zitten niet fijn. Keuken was redelijk compleet, er ontbrak een snijplank en er was geen schaar. Weinig wijnglazen (2) voor zo’n groot huis maar voor ons genoeg. Deur naar het terras kon helaas niet open.

Åk hit

Storleken på huset. Vi var bara två men det fanns plats för flera. Dubbla sovrum och toaletter båda med dusch och den ena toaletten hade till och med tvättmaskin. Fullt fungerande stort kök med matplats för flera matgäster. Vi gick även på en väldigt trevlig vinprovning bara ett stenkast från huset.

Sehr schöne Lage in der Natur mit Blick ins Tal - ruhig gelegen - guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Umland - auch für E-Bikes geeignet. Salate zum Selbstpfücken stehen in Blumenkübeln auf der Terrasse in großer Auswahl zur Verfügung.

Parkplatz für größere Fahrzeuge etwas knapp bemessen.
