Overall a nice and tidy place, a perfect spot to travel around the coast.

The place was clean and tidy, the terrace was swept everyday, WiFi was perfect and the owner was very helpful and answered fast to the messages. It was a good spot to travel around the coast as Cinque Terre, Portofino and Portovenere were all close by.

The town itself is extremaly small and there is nothing happening there. There is a beach but the water is dirty and you cannot swim there. It is necessary to either have a car or travel by bus to other towns. The apartment was very tidy and clean but it was very close to the road and the cars were pretty loud. The terrace was on the ground floor, on the side of the road.

Exceptional

It's an apartment of very good quality. Fully equipped kitchen, clean, enough space in bedroom and living room. Good and convenient bathroom. Everything seems new. They provided coffee, salt, oil, sugar and other small items which was really convenient. The little harbour of Fezzano is very nice for a walk and it provides a minimarket, a bar and some local restaurants. Portovenere only 10 minutes by car. Also close to La Spezia for a train to cinque terre. Other beautiful places around. There is a frequent bus in front of the apartment to Portovenere and La Spezia. So even without a car you can get around.

The position is close to a busy road. But inside you don't notice.

A great apartment with easy access to Cinque Terre

Karmin was beyond gracious. She spoke English, German and Italian. She greeted us and let us use her parking spot because our car was a little bigger with the bike racks. We saw her on our walk down to the harbor and she personally walked us over to a restaurant and helped us get a table because we didn't speak Italian. The apartment had a great A/C and a comfortable big bed. She had a few kitchen supplies and dishes, including olive oil and coffee!

The washing machine didn't seem to work right and it took a long time to do just one load (though this could be user error). She did have machine pods to wash -which was great! There is no dryer, you just hang clothes outside. The apt is on a bit of a busy street and though there's a terrace, it's not really conducive to sitting and having coffee or wine at night.
