Nice place on the water if you don’t mind not having air conditioning
Liked the views and all the windows. The main bathroom was big and had a washer. Great location along the water. Management was very responsive.
There was an area of the floor that had a step up and a step down. It was very hard to see and was a trip hazard. One of our group tripped and fell and scraped up her arm pretty good. There were just sheer curtains in the bedroom, so there was no privacy while changing and no shutting out outside light when sleeping. The 2nd bathroom was too small. The tub was half the size of a normal one and a tall person doesn’t fit well.

L'accueil de notre hôte a été remarquablement sympathique et professionnel! Toutes les explications nous ont été données sur le logement et nous avons reçu des what's app avec des conseils de restaurants et activités à faire dans la région. La situation de l'appartement est tout simplement exceptionnelle, au centre de Fezzano, avec vue sur la mer. Un parking privé situé un peu plus haut était inclus dans la location, ce qui est très apprécié dans cette petite localité où les emplacements sont réservés aux locaux.

Super vacance!
L'accueil, le lieu magnifique, le grand appartement, le salon cosy, la literie très confortable, la chambre pour enfants très sympa. Couvertures à disposition. L'appartement ne manque de rien. Les fenêtres isolent très bien. Tout est à disposition : bar, restaurant et magasin, avec ce beau balcon qui donne sur le port. Les rayons de soleil matinaux et l'air marin sont inoubliables. Transports publics pas très loins à pied (5min) pour La Spezia et Porto Venere. Le village est charmant (avec ses marches). Nous avons fait les 5 Terres en bateau depuis Porto Venere. Donc l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les 5 Terres, La Spezia voire même Pise et ses plages. Davide vous met à disposition une place de parking couverte à 3 minutes de marche de l'appartement. Top.

La casa è molto accogliente e pulita, ha ottimi spazi, c’è davvero tutto l’occorrente, anche ordinato in modo intuitivo per poter trovare facilmente ciò che serve. Fezzano è un borghetto delizioso, piccolo ma servito. Davide è stato davvero gentile e disponibile nel consigliarci e venirci incontro sugli orari.
